Had a leak from toilet and Dyno Rod guy came on Monday and said the cistern was cracked and disconnected the toilet. I rang Dyno Rod yesterday asking for a free quote that they had offered me on Monday and Wayne from Dyno Rod just been. Took 1 look and said that's not cracked and fixed the loose nut on the water inlet pipe. Saved us a lot of money!! Thank you so much Wayne. I'm now 1 happy customer.

I started off quite frustrated as the original appointment was missed as it had been passed to the wrong team. However, when the engineer came today he was prompt, very pleasant, really knowledgeable and helpful and promised to get the quote (for a challenging job) to us by the end of the day. Great service. Dyno came out through my direct line emergency policy. I had water coming through a light fitting.
The engineer was brilliant, found the problem within 30 seconds, and sorted it, gave me advice about the way forward . Cleaned up and went. Really nice guy ,credit to his company who I'd not heard of 3 hours ago.

Great job. Full repairs and replacements done in a single visit. All done as advised, and significant improvement of shower pump installation. Pump much quieter, pipework so much neater, now copper with 90 degree joints, rather than curved (flexible) plastic pipes. It all looks, sounds and works well. Thank you.

The plumbing engineer attended is just fantastic, highly professional, expert in his job. I recommend him very high.

Fixed my leak but damaged my bathroom cupboards. His reselling of silicone was very shoddy.
Also I had to point out to him that the cupboard panels he removed were out of line after he put them back, he then corrected his work.
Also my wife had to clean up after him

Plus side: fixed the problem quickly
Not good: left a mess and didn’t clean up, made no effort. Disgusted.

Absolutely excellent service, the engineer came promptly and was friendly polite and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and rectified it with no problems. He was incredibly thorough and made sure everything was up and running before he left, he was also very neat and tidy. I can't recommend him enough he is a real credit to the company.

We had a blocked upstairs toilet. The blockage was in the stack, which was difficult to get to .. Neil and his colleagues had to come back 3x over 2 days. Neil stayed to the very end wanting to be sure that everything was working correctly . Throughout he explained every step. He was most professional, considerate and reassuring throughout.

The engineer was on time polite and worked quickly and with care.

Absolutely terrible overcharged £100 for 2 mins work never ever again Ollie come out then went again wasn’t allowed to leave instructions as to use bk gate ....... terrible service
