Refused allocated job right attitude…
Refused allocated job right attitude problem asked if he could come on a Monday challenging me on what his company can claim for it not despite my insurance coming arranging the call out - cowboys and rude - called back to try and smooth over then offered to visit but was limited in what he could do no leak listening device on van blah blah full of excuses
Welsh water came out for free and were brilliant!

Very poor
Very poor. Came out to fix a leaky radiator as part of Halifax Axa insurance home emergency. Turned up engineer didn’t have a clue and left house still leaking day before Christmas Eve. Had to pay for someone else to fix. I have autistic children and could not use heating .

Reliable, resourceful and competitively priced
Easy online system. Call out within 24 hours. Knowledgeable engineers who diagnosed the issue quickly. A quote was provided which was very competitively priced. I only had to wait 2 days for a return visit to complete the work. The engineer was professional and skillful. He completed the work as quickly as possible to avoid extra cost, and even gave me a quick tutorial on bleeding the radiators. Very satisfied with standard if work. I cannot imagine using anyone else for plumbing issues.

Water mains leak under driveway.
Very pleased with how quickly the company were able to attend and provide quotes. We decided to have a new mains supply installed. Craig & Logan completed the work & were excellent. Holes both in garage and at the end of our imprinted drive were minimal & have been restored excellently, even colour matching the cement on our drive. They worked cleanly throughout & we couldn't recommend them more highly. Great job guys!
