Lee was a magician
Lee was a magician, fixing our leaking toilet very skillfully, without taking out the mastic and left out house in a very clean condition. He wore shoe protectors and was very courteous.
He explained everything he was doing, put in the missing part and made good the previous failed fix by Dyno rod the day before. This was late at night, so we were grateful he was on emergency call out.
He also explained we had 90 days cover after the original fix for any failure the day before, so that meant this late night visit was free.
He is a credit to Dyno rod. Thank you Lee

Really great professional job. So pleased with Dyno Plumb bathroom experts and definitely worth waiting for. Job was a little tricky as replacing a concealed shower but great job and great attention to detail. Very courteous and very customer focused. Great stuff 😊👍

The tex before nd the phone call to inform customers when they're due to arrive is very helpful. The young man that came to myself 3 times was very polite and understanding of my needs being disabled nd answered any questions I had nd gave full explanation of what he was doing and why in-between him doing the job nd cleaning up after himself very happy.

Gentleman called Lee, came to give us a quote only but did the job straight away. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable, respectful of the property, carry even shoes protectors with him. New shower in Monmouthshire
Big thanks to Barry and the team in South Wales. This was the 2nd time I'd worked with Barry. The requirements of the job were not all clear at the beginning due, but Barry and the team worked skillfully and flexibly to make sure that a solution was found. They fully made up the marble work so the shower was all ready to use afterwards, and were tidy and respectful whilst working in our home. All for a reasonable price.

"I had a toilet leak this morning and called the emergency line. Their response was exceptional; a friendly plumber arrived by mid-morning and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The problem was quickly and efficiently resolved. Highly recommend their service!"
