I’ve had 3 visits from Dyno-Rod in 4 days! Water leaking through floorboards was finally traced to a cistern with multiple issues. All the guys have been lovely, efficient and polite. Last plumber arrived 40minutes after I called the office and had all the parts needed to complete yet another repair. Office have been very helpful and dealt with Axa Insurance for me ( so can’t comment on costs). I’d use them again.

Ordered quotation online yesterday evening and the fitting of a Waterdrop system in a very compact kitchen is already sorted less than 24 hours later. Great team gave a quotation that was expected and accepted. Very happy with the resulting service.

From my very first call, the service was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, and Barry attended the property promptly to assess the issue before arranging for a team to carry out the trace and access investigation into the water leak.
Logan and Mason arrived on time, were professional throughout, and carried out a thorough investigation. Thanks to their knowledge and expertise, they were able to identify the problem and establish a clear plan to reroute the cold water mains.
What really stood out was how kind, patient, and respectful Logan and Mason were with my elderly mum, who had been without water at the property for almost a month. They took the time to explain everything, put her at ease, and treated her with genuine care and compassion.
I cannot thank the team enough for their professionalism, experience, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing trace and access , leak detection or plumbing services.

Excellent service, tradesman were great on both occasions. Explained what was happening throughout and made sure we were happy before leaving. Would definitely be using Dynorod again if we need them. Would recommend.

Plumber saved the day when fridge plumbing had a huge leak. Used via my banks home emergency cover. I was contacted quickly and issue resolved in about an hour. Great service!
