Dyno came to replace a mixer tap in our kitchen. They did this swiftly, professionally and efficiently. The engineer was very polite and friendly. Thank you for a brilliant service 😀

He came he saw he cleared the drain, Andrew was fantastic left the site clean and tidy what more can you ask for.

Andrew Mayberry was very friendly and sorted the blockage quickly and tidily. He also spotted a leak in the cistern and arranged another callout for a plumber to fix. Very efficient.
FEBRUARY UPDATE - Sadly, while Andrew was brilliant, our experience with Dyno has plummeted. Two weeks after the leaky cistern was fixed, another leak in the same cistern resulted in severe damage to the ceiling of our newly refurbished and decorated kitchen, as well as the downstairs toilet ceiling. One plus, is that the Dyno engineer who came out to fix it advised us (the only one who has done) that the type of modern, boxed-in toilet we had is dreadful and causes 90% of his call-outs for leaks. New, Ideal Standard basic toiilet now been fitted by a different company.

A really efficient service. AndyMayberry was so courteous and offered a fast class service.

Our Dyno Engineer, Ashley, did a fantastic job installing our bathroom radiator. He was very competent, also very helpful on advising us on a powerflush, helping us go through our original documents relating to a powerflush.

The two engineers: Andrew and Nathan did an amazing job at sorting the pipes out that had been previously overflowing all around the apartment. On top of their brilliant work they were both very friendly people and knowledgeable and they got straight to it and had it sorted very quickly and they even cleaned up after themselves too which was greatly appreciated! Relief — is how I feel! Thank you guys!

Andrew and Nathan phoned in advance to say they were on their way. Once here they were professional, friendly, considerate (removed shoes before entering my home) and knowledgeable. They resolved the problem efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service.

I have used Dyno in the past, and frm the girls on the fone, to the guys who come out, always efficient, on time and polite. Always explain everythn to you and put you aat ease! Lee & Lewis were fab! Thankyou.

2 days before Christmas I had a serious leak in my downstairs toilet and Dyno were appointed by my insurance company. Firstly a plumber came out to assess within hours of my call and he assessed it to be a drain issue outside forcing water back into my house. This was then referred to the drainage team and again within hours Martin Mason and Nathan B cracked on with solving the problem and within 15 minutes had pinpointed the issue and fixed it. I can’t express how grateful I was given I was expecting all my family over the following 2 days and was seriously concerned my new kitchen would be ruined as the water was slowly seeping into my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Dyno.

This was a two part job that required timing with United Utilities to complete.

Excellent service by Lee, the on site plumbing engineer and his assistant on the first visit to prepare the external pipework so the internal pipework could be completed on the second visit. Lee was by himself for the second visit and worked tremendously hard, going above and beyond, to complete his part of the work, whilst the United Utilities team did their part on the road outside.

Very easy to book a visit. Arrived when they said they would and called in advance. Diagnosed the issue and repaired within an hour. Very polite and reassuring. Excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Used Dyno-plumbing and the drain service in the past and the service is always terrific.
