The gent that came out was a top bloke (George Robinson) phone before hand. Fitted new tap. In and out in 45 minutes. Excellent service.

We’ve got a small leak near the stop…
We’ve got a small leak near the stop tap. The first plumber said “not my job that” spent half an hour looking at it and the only thing he advised was to clean the united utilities grid out ! The second plumber spent a few hours fitting a penny valve then left. As we’re away for a week he just advised us to turn the water off while we’re away and they’d be back to fix it after 19/12/23. Why not just fix the leak ?

Andy was excellent. Fitted new tap to replace leaking tap the pipes for which which were located in very awkward position behind the sink. He was cheerful, professional and an asset to Dyno Rod.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Original quotation to replace stop tap with new tap and also fit Sure Stop button was £199 and accepted by me. On commencing job, plumber said original quote was incorrect and offered second quote of £456. A job that should have taken about 3 hours took 3 days and 3 different plumbers and cost more than original quote.

Had a really good experience with Pele, an engineer who came to fix our toilet. Polite, friendly and diligent, he sorted us out and did so without hesitation even as the job became more complicated than first anticipated. Highly recommend

Ceiling and bathroom repair.
Paul from Dyno Rod came to make good boxing in in the bathroom and repair and plaster two holes in the ceiling downstairs after a recent leak . Paul showed up on time as planned and completed the work to a very high standard . Couldn't fault it and would highly recommend. 30th November 2023. Dave ( St Helens )

Faulty tap replaced, excellent service.
The engineers that came out to fix /replace my tap were very polite. They did a great job and gave advise about the water pressure and water stop tap. I would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Outstanding in fact, he is knowledgeable professional and friendly, spotted the problem quickly and solved it which given the difficult location of the leak was impressive.

Chris & Charlie Dyno Rod Plumbers called at our house to fit a new radiator.
They also went above and beyond the radiator fitting by also fitting a new push button flush in our on-suite toilet.
Very professional and polite.
Also great chat about all things Cricket top Lads.

James came out to fit a flexi pipe to the toilet. He was quick abd efficient. James was polite, extremely helpful offering excellent advice and worked hard on sorting out another problem. Thank you James.👍

Good service.
Emergency call out was on the expensive side hence the 4 stars, but engineer James Merry was great! Leak found and fixed and all in 3 hours.
