Anthony was professional at every step of our repair he took the time to explain what was happening and what he was doing. Cleaned up after the job was done, would highly recommend

The two engineers who did the job were very pleasent and couldn't do enough to ensure that the leak was dealt with fully and profesionally. Their names were Kieran and Lee and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. Top marks for Dyno-Rod.

Plumber arrived with notice before arrival. Listened to issue. Fixed issue first time and promptly. Superb work. No mess left behind. Very polite. Very professional. A credit to the company.

Had a problem with a tap. Plumber arrived, identified the problem and fitted a new tap from the ones he was carrying. Very efficient service

What can I say? Yet again top quality work. Small issue today ( leak) within 1 hour of speaking to Gill the company sent Joe here who has mended the issue.

Top work by this company. From the Admin Team Gill to the engineers Lee and his mate. Went above and beyond for me. Came back to the house twice to make sure everything was in perfect order. Very professional and spot on. Would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use again.

Firstly thank you to lauren who was helpful on the telephone, knowledgable. The prices I was given was the price I paid no hidden costs. Lauren called back when she said she would, she choose a day and time suitable for me.

We had a major leak with water under the house and we could not identify where it was from. United Utilities fobbed us off from the beginning even though they said the leak was industrial and told us to get independent check from plumbers on waterorg.com website. We tried a couple of firms and they either didnt reply or let us down. Luckily we spoke to Dyno-Rod and straight from the start, the girls on the phone were so nice and helpful. They made us an appointment with Lee to come and survey the leak. Immediately we could tell he was a professional and knew what he was talking about. He was honest, open and gave a quote saying just message if we want to go ahead. We just told him on the 1st visit we wanted to as we had confidence he would sort it. He rearranged his job rota and fitted us in as we were due to go on holiday in 2 weeks. I hired a subpump and drained water from under house on Lee's recommendation the day before they were due. What can we say about Lee and Kieran. These lads grafted from 1st minute, keeping us in the loop on every step of the process. They had to excavate the path, dig down, find the leaks, 4 in total on our lead pipe running in to the house, and replace the full main pipe. We were back up and had hot water and better flow in under 2 days. Me and my partner have both said that we have never better, considerate, nice workers in our houses. They relaid the original terrace tiles on our path and cleaned up the street. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you have a problem of this nature. They are a credit to themselves and their company. Lee Martin came same day as our call and couldn't have been more helpful. Our washing machine plumbing had gone west. He did a really good job, was polite and professional and would absolutely recommend

Called within time frame young lad didn't know what he was doing so I told him to change lever taps ...this he was unable to do as the taps were corroded, he changed taps to easier ones ....no id was shown and the housing normally send sovini and never told me ...

Both engineers, Sonny and Anthony, were presentable, punctual and very pleasant.
I was really pleased when Anthony resolved what turned out to be a tricky job to access. I’ve very grateful, thank you.
