The response was excellent. The engineer was excellent. He kept me informed and carried out the job with a professional attitude. Plus he kept the place nice and tidy. He was also well mannered.

Really pleased with the engineer Jason today, he called ahead to let me know roughly when he would get to me. He checked my drains because I was getting a nasty smell but no blockage.

My mixer taps were unfixable so harry replaced them with new mixer taps ...he was fast well mannered and did a great job ...via my homecare package ...gave me a good selection of new mixer taps ..well done Dyno rod plumbing.😀

We had a very pesky leak in one of our radiators that has been ongoing for a number of weeks. Which had affected our boiler system pressure. I only noticed it yesterday so logged a job. Sadly though the job wasnt put through to the engineer team yesterday but i got in touch today and Roxanne was very helpful. The job was put through to the helpful team of Jack B and Mason who came out this afternoon to repair the leak and replace the valve. They also repressuried the boiler for me. Thank you very much for your help.

I had an appointment this afternoon for blocked sink, the service is excellent, the plumber is very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately and got the problem sorted in no time.

Elliot was very polite and was very respectful did a great job.

I’m so happy with the work carried out by Dynorod in Liverpool who repaired and then replaced the water pipe to my house. The engineers went out of their way to make sure that the job was completed as discussed, it was done efficiently with no mess to clear up afterwards. They were able to make good the driveway so well that it’s hard to see where they had to dig. I would definitely recommend 🙂

Dyno Rod came to fit a tap on Friday 31/10/25 got the Tap no parts to it the plumber said he would be back first thing Monday morning 8-8.30 That was going to be his first job I’m waiting never turned up so I rang him he was put on a job else were ? So I rang the Office in Kirby all I got was a plumber will arrive before 12 so I had to wait around all morning for a plumber to arrive 11.50am came still no plumber so I rang the office I just wasn’t happy with the service so I decided to cancel and I wanted a refund And then I thought got a Tap here what I paid £99 pounds for how are they going to get it back so I rang the office back and somebody Called Catherine answered she dealt with this matter immediately and yes a plumber did come out before 1 and the job was finally done If Catherine would of answered the phone when I first rang the job would of been done before 10 Thank you Catherine

Great communication on time of arrival, friendly and respectful of property. Also gave tips on how to manage heating system to improve performance. Would recommend

I had a leak from my mains inlet water pipe. Called Dyno rod and they came the same day. John who attended was friendly and got the job done and sorted all my piping out. Great job! Friendly staff! I had a call from a lady who told me an average time of arrival which was pretty much spot on!
Can’t fault the service!!!!! Excellent team!!!

Today I received another first class service delivered by Machmade Dyno. Engineer John supported by apprentice Isaac, re-pressurised my Megaflow hot water tank and tightened a utility room tap.

The quality of workmanship and customer service was outstanding from initial appointment booking, through to advanced notification of arrival on the day, to excellent explanation of the works to be undertaken.

What more would you want, outstanding communication, service delivery and value for money!
