Guy came out today to replace taps, very polite & efficient, didn't get his name

I can not thank Dyno Rod Liverpool enough. I have had a really bad few weeks, been in hospital for 10 days with inflammatory bowel disease and the morning after I got home the toilet was overflowing. I tried to go through my insurance who ended up being useless but dyno rod couldn’t have been more helpful. The service from the office staff Jodie and Gill was second to none, they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. The lads that attended the blockage worked over an above to clear things and get the toilet up anc running, they were excellent and a credit to the company. There was a further issue with the toilet and they sent plumbers out the next day to sort it for me and got everything back up and running. Honestly they helped me through an extremely stressful situation and I can’t thank all the staff I dealt with enough. Well done Dyno Rod, customer service at its finest.

Just had a visit from Joe who was punctual, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and quietly and professionally sorted the issue including going to the supplier for a necessary part.

Great service from Lee and Kieran on the dig team. We had a leak in the garden, and they had to dig to locate the pipe, but they found it and fixed the issue quickly. Really efficient and professional—very happy with the service.

Poor level of communication.. 3 times had to call to arrange for work to be completed. Stayed in 2 full days waiting for someone.. no call, no cancellation, nobody turned up. Asked for manager to call me… still waiting. Would not recommend.

Needed the toilet cistern and a leaky tap fixing both jobs were completed very well. Very pleased with the service.

We had a tap replaced in our kitchen. The service from Dyno-Rod was speedy and efficient. The person who fitted the tap was polite, respectful and kept us informed regarding when he would arrive and how long the job will take. Definitely recommend Dyno-Rod.

The process of ‘call out’ for a leaking toilet was simple and reliable, however we had five visits before the problem was correctly identified. Once identified it took a couple of weeks to get the right plumber back out to replace the toilet. All in all we had nearly two months without a useable toilet, thankfully we had another, but it was very inconvenient. In our experience the service relies very much upon the individual plumber you get, which isn’t great. This was exacerbated by the fact that each plumber we had gave us a different diagnoses which were all wrong in the end. Having got a good plumber who identified the issue within 30 seconds we requested him to replace the toilet and he did a great job and seemed to care a lot about the work he did. The company are obviously very busy and only set aside a certain amount of time to do each job so you really are relying upon the individual competence of the plumber you get. Although we are very happy with the final result it should not have taken so long for the issue to be diagnosed, and we feel that our situation should have been treated with more care and attention particularly as we are retirees and endured a significant amount of stress during the process. As of today the leak is fixed.

Joe arrived on time and was very efficient. He left everything spotless and explained everything he had done.

The two men that came to do the work were brilliant and made sure that all was well before they left
