Yes, I have given them 5 star. But only because of the third plumber!!! who came along to repair a overflowing Toilet Found the problem Solved the problem and repaired it. When The other 2.
Couldn't.

They came on the same day to give me a quote. Then repair and new radiator fitted 3 days later.

I have not had the best experience. It took 3 attempts to repair a leak which resulted in damage to a unit...then several cancelled appointments to make good resulting in a lot of wasted time. It gas eventually been done to day almost 6 months later ! The fitter was great today and had to work around several problems

Engineer was polite, professional and did no question was too big/small.

This was 3rd plumber out on recall from previous job 2 plumbers didn’t fix.
This plumber was excellent! Seemed more experienced and actually cared. Ensured job was done properly and checked work before leaving. The first plumber was useless, didn’t even check where the leaks were just started put some silicon around the pipe. Second one was OK but didn’t do a thorough job either. So when this plumber came and spent time checking the problem and fixing it I was really pleased with the service. It’s just a shame it took so long to sort out in first place.
However customer services on phone need to listen to what customer is saying too. I explained it was a leaking pipe and needed a plumber and they sent a drains person instead. He couldn’t do anything and arranged for the first of 3 plumbers to visit in a couple of days time.
So wasn’t a great experience but got there in the end!

Great service very conscientious and explained everything he was doing

We needed a pump fitted to one of our showers as the water flow from that shower was poor. We contacted Dyno Rod for this job, as recommended by British Gas Services. An engineer from Dyno Rod came out for the initial inspection & gave us a quote. Eventually we accepted the quote. The engineer came , on a day convenient for us & fitted the pump. It was done within one and a half hours, No mess,No noise!
My husband & I were very happy with the end product. The pump was fitted today & hence has not been put to use as yet.
The engineer was polite & efficient,& explained to us about using the shower eith the newly fitted pump.

Dynorod East Midlands ( Corby) has been absolutely brilliant - everyone that I spoke to or met have been super professional, and helpful in a way I’ve not experienced in a long time . They came out within 24 hours and solved a big problem for us and just before Easter . We are so grateful- I would 100% recommend them . Thank you .

I had a leak with my bathtub my landlord called them out
They have no clue what they are doing
They sent 2 engineers out to check the problem and both of them didn’t know what they were doing
Not sure where these people get there qualifications from
But clearly they are not qualified
Engineer was rude and stormed off as he didn’t want to check what the issue was

The plumber was very polite and explained everything he was going to do before putting the spair part.
