Excellent service from Dyno, phoned before arrival, was very knowledgeable and explained everything, fitted a new tap, brilliant job done

Have no problems with Dyno-Rod do there job and employee are very good at their job

There is lack of consistency in the service provided by Dyno Rod. Some plumbers are great and efficient and some aren’t. Recently we had a plumber who came in very reluctantly saying he has no experience in installing showers. Whereas on the Dyno Rod website it is clearly one of the services they provide. This plumber was in a hurry to finish by a certain time and did not bother to properly test the shower. He was complaining the whole time during the job. He left sharp at a certain time without resolving the issue of temperature and pressure. Felt quite unprofessional.
Another plumber had to come in the next day and kindly tested the shower properly and explained to us patiently on how to manage the temperature and water pressure.

Kiean was absolutely brilliant. He arrived on time, was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything properly, got the job sorted without any fuss and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, which makes a big difference. Really pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kiean to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Top job!

After waiting at home for the 4 hour time slot I got a quote but the work was not able to be completed as the plumber finished work at 5pm so I then had to stay at home for another 4 hour time slot the next day as they couldn’t provide an estimated time of arrival.

The plumber came to fix a leak in a pipe above a radiator in my bathroom. He fixed the pipe by cutting through the wall to get access to it however when he finished the job I was left with this large hole in the wall. When I asked if he could fill the hole he said that this was not included in the quote so I would have to pay extra (on top of an already expensive charge) and he would have to come back another day to do it which would mean another 4 hour wait at home.

From such a large company I expected clearer communication and better customer service. When I emailed to complain I got the same response: do you want a quote for us to come back to complete the job. No! I expected £222 would cover filling a hole that you createde!

Excellent service. Quick, efficient and friendly. Solved the problem without any fuss and at a good price.

Excellent, speedy response to a call out on a Sunday when we discovered water dripping through a ceiling.
The plumber was very thorough, located the cause and resolved the problem all within an hour of arriving.
Very reasonable cost too.

Mqondisi was great. Extremely helpful, talked me through the reason why our toilet was leaking and explained everything he was doing at every step. Helped me completely understand the situation and go away feeling like the job was completed by an expert. Will definitley be using again.

Your engineer was very helpful this time was very helpful. The red light on the ceiling of the bathroom only goes off. When the button on the fuse box goes off. When the engineer installed the new Shower he turned off the light when he was about to leave and said I always leave it on. He said all it does is burns up energy. Hence when I switched it back on this morning it wouldn't come back on and the Shower would't come neither.

Quick response. I submitted a request and Kiean attended the following day.

Great communication, swift response, from 1st visit to repair they we're very effective.

This is the 3rd time that the plumber has been to fix leaks at my home, courteous and polite. Left no mess and very professional even though in a very cramped space in 32 degrees of heat. Problem now solved

A first class service of supplying and installing our replacement kitchen tap for us.
It’s the last time I’ll ever need to worry about searching for replacement taps.

The gas board recommended Dyno-Road. I contacted them, who got a fairly local branch to come and do some work for me. The young man was brilliant. Did a great job. From my initial call to coming out took about 30 mins and the two small jobs about an hour, and the cost was value for money. Nothing was a problem. I will use this company and branch again and recommend them.
