Experience with the team was excellent, from making an initial enquiry into the office, to getting a quick quote through to when Dave attended and resolved the leaking radiator pipe. Dave was excellent, called with an eta, was professional, dilligent and thorough. Its obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work. He completed the work to the highest standard. Thank you to the whole team and especially Dave.

Booking an appointment was fast and easy, the engineer called ahead to let me know he was coming and he was polite and friendly and took a great deal of trouble to assess the damage and to explain my options including a temporary fix and an insurance claim

Lee Gagrica who replaced our leaking kitchen tap was a very pleasant and professional engineer! He did a great job with care and skill! We are very pleased with the new taps and he also a replaced leaky pipe we didn’t know about! Great work!!

Unfortunately I didn't hear the engineer when he arrived at 0830. However, I called Dyno Rod. They were very helpful and the engineer returned later. He determined that I needed a new tap. He fitted it and took away old one. All very quick and efficient. Payment was easy as I had upgraded the tap. Overall a very excellent job.

Have no problems with Dyno-Rod do there job and employee are very good at their job

There is lack of consistency in the service provided by Dyno Rod. Some plumbers are great and efficient and some aren’t. Recently we had a plumber who came in very reluctantly saying he has no experience in installing showers. Whereas on the Dyno Rod website it is clearly one of the services they provide. This plumber was in a hurry to finish by a certain time and did not bother to properly test the shower. He was complaining the whole time during the job. He left sharp at a certain time without resolving the issue of temperature and pressure. Felt quite unprofessional.
Another plumber had to come in the next day and kindly tested the shower properly and explained to us patiently on how to manage the temperature and water pressure.

Kiean was absolutely brilliant. He arrived on time, was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything properly, got the job sorted without any fuss and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, which makes a big difference. Really pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kiean to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Top job!

After waiting at home for the 4 hour time slot I got a quote but the work was not able to be completed as the plumber finished work at 5pm so I then had to stay at home for another 4 hour time slot the next day as they couldn’t provide an estimated time of arrival.

The plumber came to fix a leak in a pipe above a radiator in my bathroom. He fixed the pipe by cutting through the wall to get access to it however when he finished the job I was left with this large hole in the wall. When I asked if he could fill the hole he said that this was not included in the quote so I would have to pay extra (on top of an already expensive charge) and he would have to come back another day to do it which would mean another 4 hour wait at home.

From such a large company I expected clearer communication and better customer service. When I emailed to complain I got the same response: do you want a quote for us to come back to complete the job. No! I expected £222 would cover filling a hole that you createde!

Excellent service. Quick, efficient and friendly. Solved the problem without any fuss and at a good price.
