Very happy with the service. We had a concealed shower cartridge that needed replacement. Engineers were quick and efficient.

Was having issues with kitchen tap and was able to make a booking on line a day or two in advance.
Job was done efficiently and quickly by a very capable engineer.and we were able to upgrade our tap to a better one at a reasonable cost.

Lee came and sorted out a leaking toilet for us. Excellent job and great communication. Couldn't ask for better.

Had a leak in our mains water pipe. It turned out to be old lead pipe with a spur that went into 3/8 pipe, neither type are used anymore. A plumber arrived as arranged but he didn't have the parts required so he contacted an engineer. By 6pm that day the engineer had arrived and repaired both pipes without issue. The price was very reasonable and the service was Excellent, couldn't be happier.

Leaking hot water pipe feeding kitchen sink. Great job! Friendly, helpful and polite throughout.

Adam was excellent throughout. He called ahead of the visit, was polite and took care in our house. He explained everything and got parts next day, Saturday, and fitted. We had a further urgent leak which he came to look at straight away, Took time to advise us of options and sorted the issue and was professional throughout. Highly recommended.

The Engineer did a brilliant job fitting new mixer tap ,I have been with British Gas 42 years never had a problem
