Started off with virtual assistant who booked appointment for 2 days after. Engineer Gilbert Joel arrived promptly, unable to repair and ordered a replacement and fitted 2 days later.
Was kept informed throughout the whole process. Had new bath mixer taps and engineer replaced plug and waste pipe which was unexpected but it’s all nice and shiny and looks great.

Expert engineer - very pleased with the service
Timely arrival of the engineer (Nick Bowen). He spent a full 8 hours in very hot conditions taking out our leaking hot water tank and replacing it with a new one. He sorted new ply and struts for the base as the old ones had soaked through. Explained everything fully, was very professional and left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend, great service!

David Dobbie is a great ambassador for Dyno Rod. When he came to repair a leak today, he showed great respect to my wife and I, and our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which I hadn’t seen, despite removing bath panels, etc. within less than an hour, he’d spotted the problem, which required a replacement toilet cistern, isolated the old one, cleared up, ad given advice on what to do next. PLUS, and here’s the kicker, he plays a Fender Telecaster, amongst others!!! Rock on David.

Superb workmanship
Warren and Louis visited my property today for leaking water tank and valve and honestly superb work, lovely guys, very knowledgeable in what they do, had to go into attic and work in over 30 degrees heat but never complained, got on with the job, wouldn’t even have known work had been done as tidied up like they hadn’t been there, thank you guys, your a credit to Dyno-Rod

David Dobbie
David Dobbie has been out a couple of times to help us with an issue with an airlock in our pipes. He tried several methods & even arranged to get our taps replaced through our insurance to help with the problem. He has fixed the issue & working through todays heat, he has replaced the bath & sink taps.

5 star service.
Booked an appointment online for a plumber to come and replace a seized mains water stop valve. That was easy.
Ethan Smith was the engineer, a really nice guy who phoned ahead and agreed to wait as I was a few minutes away from home. That was good.
Ethan assessed the job, offered me a couple of options and then wrote the quote and we agreed to go ahead.
Doing the work Ethan was brilliant - clean, tidy, efficient and willing to answer the odd question I had as he worked. Job was finished in around an hour, repair was tested and he cleared up and left nothing behind. A really good chap that did a really good job.
This is the first time I have used Dyno, but it won't be the last. Thoroughly recommend both Dyno and Ethan.

Dyno-Rod / Homecare - water tank leak
Woke up to a leak in the ceiling from the cold water tank in the loft! Called in Dyno-Rod via my British Gas Homecare plan. They were there in under 4 hours that day and were able to stop the leak.
They then organised a replacement tank which was fitted a week later. What was really good was it was the same engineer who attended both times which makes things so much easier!
The new tank arrived when it was supposed to and everything was taken care of, (even when there looked to be an issue with getting the tank through the loft hatch!) - Everything is back working with a new tank in place. Sandesh and Diadji were very efficient (even in the heat today), clean and tidy, I can't fault their service in getting this stressful situation resolved, would definitely recommend! Many thanks..
