I recently had two British Gas…
I recently had two British Gas engineers, Warren and Louis, come out to fix my boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both were polite, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable at what they do. They kept everything clean and tidy while working and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and what the problem was. The boiler is now working perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended. Thank you, Warren and Louis!

We had an issue identified through British Gas. Seemed small as taps not getting hot however needed a new water tank. Installed in a day they were brilliant and got the job completed in a tight space. Thanks warren and Louis

What an absolute gem, not only did he fix my boiler leak issue that was causing me huge anxiety as is, he offered to fix our toilet flush issue aswell, all done in less that an hour, in 30c heat & with an amazing attitude. DR you have an amazing employee right there Do NOT LET HIM GO. One of a few who understands what customer service & to go avice and beyond nowadays means & looks like.

Highly recommended service!
We had a plumbing issue with our immersion tank and booked a call-out to Dyno-Rod (through our HomeCare 400 cover with British Gas). The response was instantaneous and an appointment booked the next day. We found Roberto, the Plumbing engineer to be polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed in advance of his time of arrival and made us feel confident straightaway of his ability to get the issue sorted out, which he did! Thank you Roberto, we highly recommend you!
