We had issues with cistern pouring water into the toilet bowls.
Mark Kingham was our engineer, he took time to properly assess what was needed, dealt with what he could there and then, and ordered parts for the other toilet.
He couldn’t have been more helpful, approachable and efficient . Kept me informed, and managed to explain without being patronising- I appreciated that!

Highly recommend Karl B and Dyno
Karl B was my engineer who came to install a new Cold water tank in my loft after my previous tank failed. Karl was friendly, polite and respectful of my property. He took time to explain what was being done and timings. He left my property tidy. I was extremely happy with the work and the engineer who attended

Dissatisfied and inconvenienced
Engineer very prompt and courteous. He replaced our leaking immersion cylinder with a new one which unfortunately continued to leak after he left the premises. Subsequently we had to get BritishGas to come in and repair it.
In addition to having to clear the airing cupboard twice for both engineers to gain access, we had to wait in twice which interfered with our plans especially on the Sunday.

Brilliant Service
Dyno rod and especially Jason Charlton and Callum (the engineers who dealt with our leak) were fantastic.
Callum came initially, assessed and pinpointed the problem then arranged for Jason to come and fix it.
Jason was here on time and rang to say he was coming...he was quick friendly and professional and he got the floor up, found and fixed the leak and got the floor back down. Couldn't ask for better service!! Thank you!

Brilliant service
Sent out by British Gas same day to deal with a leaking water tank.
Mark Kingham the operative was knowledgable, personable and thorough, despite the late hour and sweltering conditions.
He was able to advise on the cause, effect the solution and provide really useful information regarding a disabled accessible water shut off point, for help in future situations.
Would throughly recommend. He was a credit to his profession and company.

Mark did a great job
Mark King gave us a quote to take out our old bathroom toilet, sink and radiator and install new ones on Friday 14th August. He did an excellent job and managed to complete all the work in the day allotted to a high standard. In addition he brought a trainee at no extra cost and was able to quote for and complete the pipework for our shower attachment that same day. We were delighted.

The engineer by the name of Lewis Leaman who was new to the job did a great job identifying the issue straightaway and fix in it. He was supervised by his senior and they fixed the leak and cleaned up after too.
