From the initial phone call we were advised an engineer would be with us very quickly. Ray arrived and was very helpful and kind. Ray was aware that we were experiencing a very stressful situation and did all he could to be efficient with his work in a friendly demeanour. We are extremely grateful!

Really great service. I arranged for someone to visit my grandmother's house regarding a blocked drain. The operative, Ray, was polite and efficient, resolving the issue within an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend based on my experience today.

I telephoned this morning, the lady that answered was extremely helpful. David, the engineer, arrived at lunchtime and the slow drain on my shower was sorted quickly and professionally. An excellent service from start to finish.Thank you for coming out so promptly and for dealing with the issue. I would highly recommend.

Response was great. Keith came out and managed to sort out a really bad blockage. He advised me on what to continue to do to stop it happening again. He was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.
