I am absolutely delighted with the work carried out by the Dyno-Tod technician who cleared my external yard drain. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was polite, professional and worked efficiently throughout. He quickly located the manhole cover and cleared a blockage that had clearly been built up over a long period of time. Absolutely outstanding young men who…
Absolutely outstanding young men who were a pleasure to have in my home to rectify the blockage in my toilet. Booking process was simple and precise. No infuriating robots! Within a very short space of time help had arrived. There was a bit of a problem with solving the problem but another gentleman arrived in a very short space of time. I have never seen men work so hard and explained everything that was going on. So polite , chatty and pleasant and they tidied up after what was such a mammoth task. I cant speak highly enough of Dyno and would recommend them to anyone. Thankyou Andrew and Ray for your outstanding work.

Wayne came out on the 22nd June and…
Wayne came out on the 22nd June and unblocked our drain what a lovely man and a credit to your company he is. We have just returned from holiday and the drains were blocked again rang dyno rod customers services and Wayne came straight back out with Jake or Jay and we were covered under our 90 day guarantee and resolved the issue. I’ve got to say I’ve never met two more friendly people. Wayne is so approachable and friendly and the young lad with him was a lovely polite man. Thank you again dyno rod I would definitely recommend you and use you again without hesitation.

Booking emergency call out was so easy. Grant arrived within the next hour. Couldn’t complete the job but came back on a Sunday and blocked pipes were sorted in minutes. Told me what was happening every step of the process and was very helpful. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you

Men turned up had a word with me explaining what was going to happen the got started on job from time to time they would knock on door showing me the progress with the work they where doing. i explained that my sister had carers and nurses coming and going all day they made sure there was enough access for them to get passed. They where very professional at what they where doing keep me u to date during the day a team of jetters turn up later on make sure everything was clear in the drains great team effort big thank you Andy Moore
