An easy and effective way to solve our problem
Easy to book an appointment. David came within the allocated time frame and was clear explaining cost and how he would investigate. He worked quickly to clear out our blockages, working systematically to ensure the drains cleared effectively. Mess was minimal and David cleaned up on completion of the job and explained DYNO guarantee. Would definitely recommend and would use again if required.

Had a blocked waste water drain that had suddenly started flooding the yard - Dyno-Rod came v. quickly and shoutout to Wayne who got it unblocked and sorted in 15 minutes.

Professional, no-nonsense service from Wayne at Dyno
After being let down by a "home maintenance" provider who seemed more interested in finding reasons not to do the job than actually fixing it, I called Dyno. The previous people told me the manhole covers couldn't be lifted and they only had 30 minutes per job. I felt completely unserved.
I rang Dyno at 1:00 PM. They gave me a clear price and Wayne arrived that same afternoon. He told me to "chill out," got straight to work, and lifted the "unliftable" manhole cover without a single complaint. Within 40 minutes, the drain was clear and he was on his way.
While others will give you a list of what they can’t do, won’t do, or don't want to do, Dyno just got the job done without the fuss. Great job, Wayne—thanks a lot, mate. You’re a credit to the team.

Efficient service from beginning to end.
The booking process was straightforward. I was given a date and time slot for the work to take place. On the day Paul phoned to give me an estimated time of arrival. After he was shown what the problem was he explained the processes that would take place and got on with the work. After it was completed he explained what the problem had been and what he had done to resolve it. The invoice was sent a few minutes afterwards. An impressive 5 star experience for an unpleasant problem!

Wayne the engineer arrived to unblock our toilets at work (Statebourne Cryogenics). He did an awsome job and had everything sorted within an hour. Lovely pleasant chap, very friendly and accomadating.
