Dyno-Rod has dealt with various plumbing issues for me over the years. They always respond quickly and efficiently, doing a great job. A special thank you to Colin, who recently replaced the tank in the loft and took the time to explain everything, and also to Taylor for repairing the various leaks and being thorough. Both gentlemen are very polite and helpful.

Not going to lie but the guy who came…
Not going to lie but the guy who came out was such a nice guy.
Although he couldn’t fix the issue as it’s down to the water company.
He stuck around till he knew someone was coming out, and adjusted his invoice accordingly.
Highly recommend

Booked at extremely short notice, I got a call to confirm the price and booking. They arrived on time, asked a couple of questions then got to work.
No fuss or delay - cleared stubborn drain in minutes and left no mess.

We had a toilet cistern leak.
We had a toilet cistern leak.
The experience with DynoRod was harrowing, they first cut the pipes in a wrong manner. He was even not trained he was constantly calling someone as he did not know what to do.
The second engineer dug open the wooden tile and it still not fixed.
The third man can took apart the entire thing and made the entire toilet full with water.
Now I had to get it done via private thing, and the plumber mentioned Dyno Rod has done the worst job possible.

Drain pipe replacement
Excellent service from your engineers. Both were polite and professional, keeping us informed with what they were doing. The problem was located and a replacement pipe fitted. The concreting was finished nicely and the area was left as it was before. Great work and would definitely recommend, thank you.

Stubborn kitchen drain block
Plumber arrived at designated time, giving notice that he was on the way. Problem that another firm spent 2 hours in the house on (2 days late) without fixing was resolved in half an hour.

Polite, knowledgeable and pleasant engineer
Engineer came on time having rung when he was about 15 mins away.
Efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Wasn’t entirely straightforward as the inspection hatch nearest the blockage couldn’t be lifted but he persevered with jetting from a distance and was successful in clearing the blockage. Would definitely use and recommend Dyno rod again

Unblocked the drain quickly and efficiently
The workman arrived within the time slot, having called me to let me know how long he would be. He was friendly and did a very good job. He was able to sort out the blocked drain quickly.
