Wouldn’t bother with anyone else.
Both of your engineers were polite, friendly and very helpful. They explained what they would do and showed me camera images before and after.

Successful drain clearance
Scheduled an appointment to sort out a problem with our outside drain. It blocks fairly regularly. Turned up on time explained what they were going to do and then ran a camera through to show me how the work had been done. Very pleased with work

Thorough inspection
Dyno Rod were excellent. They came out quickly and did a thorough check of the drains. The poor guy had a job lifting one of the drain covers and found no issues on our side of the property. Paid an inspection fee but worth it for peace of mind.

Terry the engineer was assigned to our case and did a first class job. Communication was excellent and the issue resolved efficiently. Terry explained clearly the work he had undertaken and provided good advice on possible future actions we could take to prevent similar issues.

I called for a plumber re a blocked toilet explained charges very clearly arranged appointment quick and easy next day between hours that suited me. Workman very polite helpful sorted in no time just a warning it was toilet cleaner you hang in the side had got stuck in the ubend. Sorted in no time
