To the rescue as always. Clear charging unlike others who charge per half hour, it’s the second time in 6 years I have had to call them out and the engineers fixed the issue in 15 mins.

I had a plumber out a few days before and he spent 2 hours and wasn’t able to sort the problem.

It might feel like a lot to pay but they have always got the job done quickly.

The guy was brilliant, had a plumber out previously did not unblock the toilet. This guy sorted in 30 mins. Well done mate 👏

Called Dyno-Rod over the holiday period and they were able to attend the next day. Mick was very personable and professional and he took the time to explain everything. Transparent pricing up front was much appreciated. Issue all resolved so we have our kitchen back!

Everything about this company works well. I requested an appointment online in the evening and at 8:15 the next day I received a call from a very lovely person who confirmed that there would be an appointment that morning and that the person attending would call me when he was on his way. Mick turned up at the promised time, was extremely kind, and clearly very knowledgeable about his job. Everything got sorted with no fuss, no mess; he gathered up all his bits and pieces and off he went. My experience is of a company with great customer service that delivers everything you could hope for, which is unexpected these days and very welcome indeed. Couldn’t ask for more.

The Dyno technician (believe his name was Aaron) arrived promptly and was incredibly polite and friendly throughout. He explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Although the issue couldn’t be fully resolved on the day, he gave me practical interim solutions to keep things manageable. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.

Turned up when they said they would and had problem fixed in 10 minutes. Called out another company the day before, paid over £200, who were here an hour; didn’t fix the problem and wanted to charge £899+ to come back “ and investigate “. Lesson learned- will use DYNOROD from now on!

Came out very quickly (on Christmas Eve) and completed job efficiently. Very pleasant and polite. Thank you

Excellent - really friendly and helpful and efficient.

The engineer was later than expected, but I was kept up to date with phone calls throughout the day on expected arrival. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The efficiency of the engineer once he arrived was okay, however, my appointments were cancelled three times at the last moment by admin staff. First cancellation due to engineer sick; this cannot be helped by not informed early but at 10:07. Second and third times were due to 'machine needing repair' and 'technical issue', which according to the engineer was due to a part being left by another engineer at a previous job! Again, not informed early, but at 10:07 and 9:48 respectively.
I am not impressed with Dyno-Rod's performance and would recommend prospective customers use them as a last resort!

Arrived in time, really helpful, very knowledgeable and gave good advice. We had very smelly drains indoors and couldn’t work out why - we had tried multiple drain cleaning products and nothing had worked. Dyno rod did a full investigation - found the problem (sink waste blocked with hair and gunk from previous home owner!!) thank you! Very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend.

A lovely man called Mike, came out, identified the problem, cleared the blockage swiftly and without fuss. Price was as quoted. Would happily use again should the need arise.
The guy at the call centre who made my booking was also very polite and friendly.

Great service, we called on Sunday as our drains were blocked. The engineer arrived within an hour and sorted the problem really quickly.

Had a faulty part in our toilet which led to fountain of water! Taylor Hawkins arrived and was the most helpful and impressive young tradesmen I have ever met. Within 15minutes he was done a whirlwind of efficiency.

Confirmed appointment ahead and arrived well on time. Very professional and explained all that he was going to do and completed the job very quickly, with a confirmation video view of a completely clean pipe. Brilliant all round.

During the process I was kept informed of the progress and have successfully removed the blockage my driveway was cleaned and made tidy. I would highly recommend Dyno Rod based on my experience today.
