Liam called ahead of the appointment, turned up when expected was knowledgeable, polite and explained the blockage and showed the clearance via camera after it was sorted. A quick and thorough service, highly recommend to get the job done.

Just had a visit from Dyno Rod and cannot fault the service. Peter was absolutely brilliant and I could tell he genuinely wanted to get our problem sorted for us. Efficient, professional and got the job done. Thank you very much.

Had stubbornly non -draining kitchen sink which affected washing machine drainage, so couldn't use it, and my boiler function.Phoned Dyno-Rod (lovely, helpful lady 'Amanda' on 'phone) Dave came out and rodded the pipes (previously recommended to have cut and capped by my plumber by Dyno-Rod) and hauled out load of gunk. Everything now working great but Dave said if any problems, to get back in touch.Very reasonable rates. Cannot recommend highly enough! Would definitely use again.

Stuart was meticulous and helpful. He readily identified the problem with our toilet seal having carried out initial work to exclude other issues and set up a visit from the plumber. Knowledgeable and a good ambassador for Dyno-Rod.

The guy Alex McKay was very professional and polite, he undertook the job and tidied up when finished, he took great pride and enthusiasm in what he was doing and that was great to see, having guys like Alex must be a great trusted team member and someone who should be praised for his work ethic

Liam and Brian from DynoRod came out to fix an external drain. I got a call to advise me they were on their way and turned up when they said they would - which is always a good start. They quickly assessed the problem and advise me that the existing setup was unnecessarily complicated (and explained why). They then implemented the simpler fix which looked cleaner and simpler. The whole process took around less than 4 hours. Overall I was very happy with the work. Brian and Liam were both professional and personable and I would engage them again if the need arose.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Managed to figure out what the problem was. Would highly recommend!
