Liam arrived when expected, he was very polite and respectful, he carried out the work efficiently.

First class experience - we had a collapsed waste drain impacting every water appliance in our house (with two children came with difficulties).

The two engineers Liam and Brian came out quickly identified where the collapse was / took time to explain what had happened and what was required in order to repair before organising for the repair to take place the next again working day.

Throughout the works both Liam and Bryan took time to explain what they were doing (the works included patio slabs to be removed and thereafter digging into the foundations to reach the leak). The works were completed neatly and took time to wash down the patio of any excess dirt.

A really impressive and first class service throughout by both Liam and Bryan (along with the Dynorod Edinburgh office team) would highly recommend.

We had dirty water coming up our drain at the rear of the house Scott the engineer phoned to say he would be 20 mins away arrived 15 mins later too the time to explain the issue how he would fix it and how to prevent it happening again. Cleaned up and left everything tidy

The engineer was brilliant.

Great initial response and then followed up with further visits as required to fully resolve my drainage issue. Regular contact from the office and the workers Peter, Liam and Bryan provided excellent service and explained everything that was being done. Job completed and tidied up nicely. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Kitchen sink was blocked and engineer arrived then try to open the blocked pipe about an hour and spend extra hour to find the trap and did phone call to office but could not sort out the problem. Then give me 1.5 hours invoice which is £365 but still have the same blocked sink. I have try to phone them and asked for discount because nothing solved. They did not agree with me and I have stopped resisting for discount. Unfortunately nothing solved but going to pay £365 .😞😞

Was very impressed with Liam and Bryan. Arrived promptly, took the time to explain everything they did. Tidied up afterwards. Excellent customer service skills. Made it a great experience all round.

Misleading web site.
The website says no call out fee. Guy came out to look at the drains. Literally lifted a manhole cover and ran some taps then put the manhole cover back. Charged £190!
Phoned to discuss the charge and the person on the phone was very rude. While trying explain the situation she simply talked over me and asked if I would like to pay over the phone.
Absolute ripoff!
Will not be using Dynorod again.

Kevin today to deal with a block bath and bathroom sink. He was really good at keeping in touch to let us know he was on his way. Turned up on time and resolved the issue completely with no fuss at all. Was very polite and personable and cleaned up after himself. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dyno-Rod engineer arrived when he said he would and clears the issue.

We had a guy from Dyno rod come to fix our radiator today. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. But he was very friendly, helpful and professional. We are very happy with the work he did. Location - kinghorn, fife. Thank you

I've had two visits recently - firstly from Eck and then, today, from Liam. The service I received from both of them has been first class. Eck identified the root of the problem (excuse the pun) and Liam did a fantastic job in difficult circumstances in removing the pesky roots. If it hadn't been for Liam's perseverance we would have ended up with a much bigger job needing done. So well done both Eck and Liam - highly recommended!

Kevin went above and beyond to unblock our outside waste pipe highly recommended

They came out the next day and fixed the problem in no time. Very happy.

The engineers Liam & Bryan were very professional. They phoned ahead to let me know when they would arrive. Polite and courteous and carried out the work scope explaining as they went along and also gave some very useful advice.

Brilliant job, came within couple hours of calling as blocked drain leaking to flat below. Worked out likely source of issue, resolved immediate blockage & discussed options to fix permanently.

Drain Replacement.
I had to have 10 metres of drainage pipes replaced over the last couple of days. The old ones had been blocked by tree roots. Liam performed the work flawlessly and reinstated my block work paving impeccably.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
