Since day one after the viewing we felt very welcomed and pleased.
All the key points were explained us carefully and we always had an updated in time. Anytime we reached Jenny she was happy to answer questions or give us an information we needed or were interested in.

Local and great!. From the first meeting (with Lee), through the sale process and the ups and downs, that inevitably happened, Callum, Judy, Charlotte and Jenny were professional, proactive, responsive and above all made me feel as if they cared. (Not what I expected ). I would recommend Duncan Yeardley whole heartedly - a fantastic (unexpected), honest and trustworthy firm. I really appreciated everything they did and the time they took to keep me informed along the Sale journey. If selling in Bracknell look no further.

Things got off to a great start with Duncan Yeardley selling our property with several viewings, early offers and even a bidding war. To say there was a bit of a lull whilst the conveyancing progressed would be a understatement. I have to admit DY did say it would take 20 weeks and they weren't wrong. I have no idea how it can take so long, it was much quicker when we only had pen, paper and good old fashioned snail mail!!
As each week passed it became more and more frustrating, pehaps a little exacerbated by some staff shortages? There was, however, some light towards the end of the tunnel, in the form of J, the newly recruited Transaction Support member of staff, who hit the floor running, calmed the savage beast (me!) and pushed our rating upto a solid 5 star. She was brilliant!! We had J's direct line, no more pressing 1 for sales, she was responsive and proactive, no more I'll get somebody to call you back, J told me she would call me back and when! She was brilliant, the frustrations of the whole experience, are already a distant memory and I would happily recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone looking to sell their property in Bracknell and the surrounding areas. We have been very impressed with the service from Duncan Yeardley. Adele and the team – including their very talented and professional photographer Joe - sold our house within two weeks in the depths of last winter. Adele is a standout member of a very strong team at DY. Her strategy, marketing, communication, and negotiation skills are simply outstanding. She combines a professional approach with warmth and good humour - a winning combination for sellers and buyers alike. DY are relatively new to Ascot and are quickly establishing themselves in the local community. We entrusted our house sale to them and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Suuuper quick, suuper easy, needed to find a place quickly and got it. Very friendly and professional agent (Jessica S.) absolutely stellar. DY responded to unforeseen problem with all due care and attention. They could do with getting rid of "Oh Goodlord" referencing agency - they overstepped their remit just a bit, no harm done but they can do with a GDPR training.
