Terrible customer service. Terrible liars. Paid for a full service, windscreen washer empty after 3 days. They have done nothing to rectify this, and are a bunch of cowboys. I needed another car service but will never ever use this company again this disgraceful.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. I paid for a full service and they couldn’t even manage the basics — my windscreen wash wasn’t topped up. If they’re cutting corners on something this obvious, it makes you wonder what else they’re skipping behind the scenes. The customer service was a disgrace: dismissive, rude, and full of empty promises. To make matters worse, when questioned they were dishonest — outright liars, trying to cover up their own incompetence instead of taking responsibility. I left feeling not just disappointed but cheated. If this is their idea of a ‘full service’, it’s nothing more than a con. Avoid at all costs

Was quoted £350 by my local mechanic to change the rear pads and discs. Dropless quoted me £145, no issues whatsoever. Sear was very pleasant to deal with, explained the process and completed the break change without any problems. I would def recommend and will be booking my annual service with them soon!

Perfect experience from start to finish. Great online booking system, timely confirmation by text and friendly call. Mechanic Mohammad called when he was in his way and carried out the service professionally and thoroughly, offering helpful advice. Would highly recommend

Was really disappointed, the macanic didn't turn up, no phone call nothing, had a am appointment and nobody called or messaged to say they couldn't make it. So wasted my Saturday morning hanging around for nothing.

Great experience with Dropless, they kept me updated throughout the booking process. The mechanic (Mohammed) arrived promptly and got to work on the vehicle immediately. Once finished he gave me a sheet informing me of the checks done and and issue found with the vehicle. I'll use them again the future.

I am extremely disappointed with Dropless Mobile Mechanics. Right after they serviced my Land Rover Discovery, this serious DPF warning issue started, showing “Exhaust Filter Full. Visit Dealer.” It’s very clear this problem came up immediately after their visit, yet during their service they never warned me about any such issues or flagged anything that could have led to this.

What’s even worse is their complete lack of customer support. I tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp and phone calls — they simply never respond. I even asked their customer service team to provide me the contact details of the mechanic who worked on my car so I could clarify this directly, but they ignored my request completely.

Now I’m left in a situation where I don’t know what other problems might still be lurking in my car that they missed, and I’ve had to spend a lot of money fixing this issue right after paying Dropless for what has turned out to be a waste of money on a superficial service.

All of this has caused me significant stress and unnecessary expense. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using Dropless. They do not appear to stand by their work or care about customers once they’ve taken your payment.

Seamless from start to end. Great communication, keeping you informed of what to expect, for those customers that have not used them previously.
Anything I contacted their team about they could answer my query instantly.
Saved myself so much money on my service, and they came to me?! The car was serviced within an hour. I was waiting for the catch, but clearly I just found a great thing! Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using for future services.

Amazing service provided, Sear arrived earlier than expected but not complaining.. told me he would take about an hour to service my car and that's how long he took, ran through the advisories and other things he thought I may not be aware of.. First time I have used this service but will not be the last time I do

Really happy with service this morning. Sef was efficient and done some checks that I didn’t expect would be included with my oil change. Would recommend Dropless!

I just had a gentleman called Sear come round and complete a service for me and he was very professional. He had a good attitude and was helpful - taking his time to complete a thorough job whilst also providing an honest opinion about my car. Would definitely recommend him to other customers. Unfortunately they had to cancel on me due to the operator being sick but they made up squeezing me between two other appointlments. Repair was perfect.

Just had an oil and filter change my mechanic was excellent and would definitely use and recommend, he even gave me some advice on a bit of white sludge on the oil filler cap and topped up my coolant reservoir...

Absolute pleasure with Bruno. It's so easy to get ripped off in these situations especially as a woman, but I felt very secure. He was kind, very quick and helpful and explained everything through super clearly. With work it's so handy to have a mobile service, overall I'm extremely happy with this company and I'll certainly use again for my next service!
