The whole process has been good. Ordering was spot on & the staff very efficient. Delivery was prompt and a smooth transaction + the removal of the old matress. I'm pleased with the new one and have slept well.

The Wellingborough store had a large selection of different bed frames and mattresses and the staff were very helpful in explaining the relative merits of each.

We were assisted by Maurizio when we visited Dreas in Wellingborough. He provided us with a cup of coffee and then guided us through the whole process of selecting the right type of mattress and then showed us a selection of suitable mattresses by different manufacturers. He was extremely knowledgable about the construction and materials used and let us spend as much time trying the various options as we wanted. Having made our choice he was very helpful in sorting out the paperwork as well. Extremely helpful and pleasant with a refreshing attitude to customer service. Many thanks.

The staff were extremely helpful and patient. We were impressed by the choice and range of mattresses available and the knowledge of the member of staff. Even more comfortable pillows were available to try out which we also purchased. We were offered coffee and made to feel welcome. The paperwork was clearly explained, delivery and collection of the old mattress etc arranged without complication . We were not rushed.

Very helpful in store even when after I placed order one phone call and ordered was amended with same delivery date.

From the service in the store to the actual delivery everything went like a “Dream”

Staff in shop were very helpful not at all pushy gave us all the time we needed. Delivery drivers were great, rang in advance and when they arrived explained exactly what was happening really helpful

Had a nightmare with a mattress and base it took a while but with the help of Mark and Mario at the shop in Wellingborough my previous bad review has been turned around a new base beautiful green and flaxby mattress a few good nights sleep I fully retract that I was mis sold the previous pair together just be careful folk when buying from anywhere these items are separate thanks to John David and Rob also with Mark and Mario finally got it figured out and now am a happy sleeper and a happy customer

Very pleased with the service all round from shop to delivery. Beds not bad either, very comfortable.

What a fantastic company Dreams are! Excellent sales team manager Mark, with a relaxed but informative sale of our bed and mattress.
On delivery day driver Paul continued to give us an up to date time of delivery, narrowing it down to a 2 hour slot. Shoe covers were worn and great care was taken to deliver the furniture upstairs.
The bed had very clear instructions to assemble and all parts were carefully packed. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Actually being measured for a mattress was an eye-opener, but made it easier to decide on my new mattress. It was delivered and the old one taken away quickly and easily and I have been sleeping well on a comfortable bed instead of a lumpy and painful one. A very good experience. Thank you.

Two beds being delivered to my elderly mum and disabled brother.
Mum said the two men were lovely.

Brought in the new ones put them together and showed them how to work the remotes there was just one snag, the remotes are the wrong way round, up is down and down is up? Apparently they are getting new ones? We will see!

Excellent choice of mattresses, knowledgeable staff and good payment terms. Delivery was on time and efficient and the old mattress was removed for an additional cost. Best of all, the new mattress has already resolved my back problems which was the primary reason for getting a new one.
