Excellent choice of mattresses, knowledgeable staff and good payment terms. Delivery was on time and efficient and the old mattress was removed for an additional cost. Best of all, the new mattress has already resolved my back problems which was the primary reason for getting a new one.

We were very happy with the service and delivery. Darcie was informative, friendly and did not rush us in making our decision. She answered our many questions patiently!
We were offered a drink and used the sleep match, which was great 👍
A good range of beds and mattresses to choose from and more online. Delivery was free and we were contacted before delivery. Delivery was quick and the delivery people took their shoes off and took away our old stuff, quick and efficient.
We went back into the store after delivery as we had a question and Darcie was again helpful and put our minds at ease. We are currently doing the 100 days on our tempur mattress, so far so good !

The bed analysis machine helped us make our choice and then the knowledgeable staff were reassuring and listened us and what we needed. Delivery was also speedy and efficient

The lads that delivered me my mattress were so helpful they took their shoes off on entering my home .there was no problem getting by the stair lift and on putting the mattress on the bed took the protective cover off.and were gone within 5 mins .great service.

We tried a few beds, and decided at home after a discussion over which we thought would be best for us
I went down to the shop spoke the the sales person and as discussed we got the discount that were offered and a further discount with my Defence Discounts Card which was great
Choose a delivery date, I was contacted by the driver and given a rough time they arrived within 10 mins of that which was good
They came in asked where we wanted it to be placed showed them they came in had shoe covers or removed their shoes put it where I asked and left

From going into the shop and being seen buy a truly helpful sales girl, to having my bed delivered, it's been an absolute pleasure, the bed is everything i could of wished for.

We needed a new mattress. We weren’t rushed. We were shown every option in a manner we could understand. We were made very welcome. Our purchase came on the date agreed. All staff involved in the shop and with the delivery were excellent.

Delivery staff were very helpful and polite. Also very swift and professional.

No pressure at all in shop, staff took time to show us all options, very patient, no hard sell. Delivery was very well organised, communication very good, staff who delivered explained everything, would not hesitate to recommend.
