Absolute rubbish ,the dont give refund…
Absolute rubbish ,the dont give refund i could have ended up with 400 pound worth of wouchers ,what does an 82 year old with 400 pound wouchers if you just spend hundreds of pound in ther ond want to change a matress and choose a cheaper one. NEVER AGAIN DREAMS,WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM IN MY LIFE TO MY FAMILY OR FOLLOWERS

Great experience with dreams
Wow from the very first time to walking into dreams in wellingborogh we was greeted straight away and asked if we wanted a drink and how they could help. The process of buying a mattress was so simple especially using the bed machine they have, and we got what we went in for without being forced to buy, the delivery was great to, the men who delivered, delivered with care and were happy to help in anyway they could. No issues at all, Thank you

Very pleased with the service and so far with the product. During the first 2 weeks, we have been happy with the comfort of the mattress. The service in the shop was very good, and the delivery all went smoothly.

From first visit to shop and delivery of bed ; nothing was too much trouble. I had to change delivery date but bed still arrived on time as per their telephone notification. Bed was assembled quickly and is very comfortable.

We are very pleased with our purchase…
We are very pleased with our purchase and we are now sleeping well in a very comfortable bed.
However, we didn't realise how heavy it is, and have difficulty turning the mattress.

I needed a headboard

Great Service
Extremely great visit to the Dreams store, with the staff being amazing and very friendly. The store staff that dealt with is at the Wellingborough store was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant - all this led to our visit and purchases being so successful.

A very good nights sleep.
Our delivery was spot on time, very pleasant delivery men, who put the bed together, very efficiently. It took a few days before we were totally comfortable with the mattress. Now it’s softened up enough to be really comfortable. We are very pleased with this bed.
