Great nights sleep from night 1 couldnt have paid for better staff very helpful and delivery men too

Having good staff who know what to do and because the staff are very friendly and helpful when we went in the st Helens store they made us a hot brew and help us with everything we needed to know

The customer service we received was amazing, knowledgeable staff that weren't too pushy

I received the very best guidance on what bed, matress and accessorise would best be suitable for me on a tailored and personal level.

Needed new Mattress for Bed Base bought from Dreams last year.
Checked online and then went in store to look at and try.
Bought mattress and given delivery day.
Received email day before with time slot. Delivery man rang 20mins before delivery on the day. Arrived promptly, respected property and put in hallway as per delivery instruction.

To warn people of the 100 night free trial of new mattress - if you decide to change there is a £65 charge to change - we were not told about this and buried in the T&C - even the delivery driver told us “remember you have 100 night to test the mattress and if it’s not suitable we can exchange with no hassle” - yes he was right no hassle just more money

Delivered when they said it would be delivered .delivery staff took mattress upstairs and put shoe covers on so as not to mark carpet.very personable manner

Nothing was too much trouble in dealing with our requests. Co-operation from the staff was attentive and helpful with no hint of pressure to achieve sales - a difficult combination. We left feeling very satisfied with our purchases and knowing we had been in safe hands, no mean achievement, well done all!
