In fact, I haven’t bought a mattress in years, and when I went to this shop I had no idea that there would be a new instrument to help us find the right mattress, it was a very interesting experience, and then the staff was very patient to try every mattress with me, patiently helping me find the best mattress for me.

Great customer service and quick delivery

The female shop assistant was really helpful and professional. The bed was delivered within the following four days and the men were very professional wearing over shoes to protect my carpet. I would highly recommend Dreams.

Great experience choosing a new mattress which is usually difficult. Staff were very helpful and the device that Dreams have to help you choose your mattress was a big help. Very pleased with purchase at the moment. Staff gave us time to think and choose which we appreciated.

I always purchase my beds from dreams because you know you are buying quality. All staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The delivery service is good too, always arriving within the allotted time. Beds are put together efficiently and my old bed was removed by the delivery team too.

I ordered a Sealy mattress with a memory foam type top. It was expensive but so worth it. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. You really need to air the mattress for a few days, as it will have an odour. This is normal and fades after a few days.

Ashley was great and the mattress is amazing- all my life everyone told me a firm mattress was the best for a bad back.... and they were right - if you sleep on a firm mattress, you'll get a bad back! I couldn't believe they gave me the soft one, but it has done the job.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough friendly no pressure went to loads of places before here i dealt with ash top bloke would definately use again even the warranty is tip top
