Really quick delivery, received the same week I ordered, fabulous service and the delivery guys were great, on time, very helpful and friendly.

Ordered a Woodstock double bed in Ash, have previously purchased a Woodbridge double bed from Dreams a few years ago & also dressing table for a spare room and couldn't have been more pleased with how they've been.
This bed was the same, took a little time but easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Good solid feel, doesn't make a sound as compared to it's predecessor which we bought from a well known competitor and was nowhere as solid as these from Dreams.
Paid the extra for sprung-slats on both beds which have been well worth the money.
Thanks to sales staff (? Toni) in St Helens store for her help in purchasing the bed and for getting us the earliest possible delivery date.
Thanks also to delivery driver David & his colleague who were 'spot-on' - rang me on the day with update on delivery and even managed to deliver earlier than expected which gave a head start on assembly.

We were welcomed in to store and did not feel pressured into purchasing. We were checked upon every now and then whilst we tried out most of the beds in store, but never felt pressured which was nice. We were offered pillows whilst testing the beds, which really helped up make the right decision. Delivery was really fast and we paid for the bed to be built, saving us the hassle. Overall we are really happy with our purchase.

Dreams staff were very professional and also showed compassion towards myself. A great purchase and extremely comfortable.

Buying the mattress from the shop was good service but when it come to the two guys delivering the mattress wasn’t good because when they was taking it upstairs they knocked the banaster rail off the wall because they seem to be rushing it upstairs instead of taking there time and looking where the rail was I would recommend some training for the guys because they had no respect for damaging customers property

The service was really good but the mattress was a bit a bit harder than thought so iam still.struggling with pressure pain , but I have only had the mattress 9 days not.sure how long.its going to take to soften.

Tony, the lady working at Dreams in St Helens was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and courteous. Tony explained the Sleepmatch technology which gave me the best options for my particular body shape, sleeping habits... Then I tried all the options plus other mattresses that I liked. In the end, I chose one of the mattresses recommended by Sleepmatch that seemed the most comfortable. Thank you Tony for your patience and all the details you gave me.
The bed looks great and feels great while sleeping on it. Now I hope it will last.

Great comfort when sleeping.

I recently used the St Helens store to purchase a bed,the young gentleman that assisted us James was so helpfull and new what he was talking about,he made it so easy for us,and I have been trying to change the delivery date online,it was so awkward so I rang the store I went to today and another gentleman called Ashley was helpful and sorted it for me in seconds,I can’t recommend this store or these 2 gentleman highly enough

There was no pressure selling tactics so that why I chose to buy off the salesman.
