Dreams potters bar offer a great service and a great range of affordable beds and mattresses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and the service is always great. Can’t wait for my new bed now :)

They have really double-downed on customer service. The whole narrative of the experience in-store is great - the sleep machine is a neat idea and feels more than just a gimmick.

Always purchase my beds from Dreams, fantastic service from the salesman in the shop to the delivery men. Everything from ordering, taking the old bed out to installing the new bed was very professionally & thoughtfully carried out. The bed is really good quality and so very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Dreams if you want good service & quality goods. The interest free option to pay is also a great idea, works well for me, spreads the payments or gives you more time to gather the money with no unnecessary extra cost.

The whole experience from shop to delivery and removal of our old bed was fantastic. No dramas and I just love my new bed. It's given the bedroom activities a new lease of life.

We have just purchased a bed from the Potters Bar branch of Dreams, we had a great experience, very knowledgeable staff, came away feeling looked after. Great customer service throughout, constant updates on when bed will be delivered, on the day of delivery, the delivery guys were surper nice, early, always great, assembled the bed in a timely manner and gave us good instructions. Loving the new bed, it's soooooo comfortable I do not want to get up in the morning! Massive thanks to all at the Dreams team. 😊

Very helpful staff, listened to what I wanted and helped me choose and happy with the price I paid. Delivery men were great, arrived when they said they would and very professional.

Spent at least a week on line looking for the right mattress and base at various stores. Didn't want to go to the store because of Covid. Phoned Potters Bar shop and got excellent help and advice on mattresses, a base with drawers, headboard and mattress topper. Can't wait for it to arrive. Very happy with the service - nice patient assistant.

I went into the Potters Bar store and was served by Georgina, I could not have been more pleased with her help.
She was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
My only drawback (and it wasn't Georgina's fault) was co policy was to charge for my choosing am afternoon slot because my Mother is disabled and I live far away.
But having said that, I would go to dreams again as their services are so good.

I visited the Potters Bar store with my 88 year old blind mother who needed a new mattress. We were served by Rachael who is a real credit to dreams. She met my mothers needs within her budget and was very knowledgeable and patient while my mother tried the different types. We were offered bottled water and we felt COVID safe in the store due to her wearing a mask and following all the appropriate guidelines. I would not hesitate to visit this store again based on my recent experience.

Potters bar is my local store. I have made three purchases there and have been pleased with products, the sales team on my most recent visit were friendly and knowledgable giving me good help and advice, Thank you Cuong.
