Delivered on time. Love the headboard. Looks well made and classy

As a director of a limited company that invests in properties, bought a wardrobe and chest of draws (and other items) from Dreams. Their customer service refused to send me a VAT invoice because the delivery address is not the company address. So if you run a company, say in Kent, and you buy in Glasgow - to receive a VAT invoice, get Dreams to deliver to Kent (from Glasgow), transfer all your furniture to a Van and then drive back to Glasgow. I spoke about these jokers to other high street suppliers who are equally surprised. Needless to say, I won't furnish future properties through Dreams (to avoid nightmares).

True to their word, they did send a VAT invoice. However, it should not have come to this. I suggest Dreams replace their customer service personnel with ChatGPT. In this century, artificial intelligence will win over natural stupidity, always.

Dreams in potters bar. Joe who looked after us. Made us feel very comfortable in our intentions in buying a Mattress. He made us feel that we had all the time in the world to look around at what we were looking for. He did not. Stay with us the whole time and follow us around like other shops do. He made sure that if anything we needed we just had to ask and if he had any questions he provided them in a clear and understandable manner

I took my cousin to potters bar dreams to get a mattress. He was very happy & placed an order. Me & my husband was very impressed & decided to purchase a new one for our bed too. I would highly recommend Dreams friendly staff , very professional & know all the different mattresses & what’s best for individuals

the delivery men were very helpful and unpacked the new bed removed the old one too packaging away never left any mess would recommend your compay

The bed delivered was damaged. The assembly staff without my intervention took pictures of the damage and advised to assemble it but place an order to replace it.
Now dreams is behaving as if they have completed the order. The dishonesty negates the good work of their sales staff.

The delivery and fitting of headboard went according to plan and the old headboard taken away to be disposed of.

As I have mobility difficulties due to Parkinson’s I was very pleased to be served by the patient and understanding staff at the Potters Bar branch of Dreams.
The delivery and setting up of my bed was smooth, friendly and efficient. Top marks all round. Many thanks

Sid was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed frame we liked and the mattresses we were 'matched' to. He advised us about current and upcoming promotions; we have purchased the bed and will be returning to this store to choose a mattress.

Very pleased with my purchase and delivery. The Sales person was very helpful and his advice very beneficial. Delivery guys very professional, removed shoes without being asked and delivered and took a bed away very swiftly.

Staff in store were super helpful, polite and not pushy. Everything was delivered as they said it would be and the delivery team were simply excellent. Bought everything in the sale….so all in all a great customer experience, great value for money and we are really happy with the quality of products!
