Excellent service!
Great service. We went to the dreams mattress shop in Potters Bar. Lanre was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, bed frames & pillows. He was ever so patient with us going back and forth to different beds. He started us off on the bed scanner to see what mattresses would be best suited to us. We ended up purchasing a great mattress that's very comfortable for my husband & I. Highly recommend!

Jamiel was very friendly and very attentive. Second time coming into store and he was for the 2nd time very helpful. Also another colleague was helpful upon collection on 16.03.26 im afraid we didnt catch his name but he was working alongside Jamiel. Overall very friendly and very helpful.

I returned to Dreams after 10 years of…
I returned to Dreams after 10 years of comfy nights to renew my mattress. I was met by Lanre who directed me through to the Dreams technology bed which chose the correct bed for my weight and sleep position. He was both helpful and informative without being pushy. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you Dreams

Dreams beds
Dreams in Potters Bar were really helpful. I was downsizing my superking bed to a double. I used their new machine that gets you the right mattress for you. And then left to choose my bed. No pressure. All paperwork completed efficiently. My bed was delivered and set up on the day and time stated. Overall excellent service.

Always a good experience
I visited my local branch on the weekend to buy a new bed base, and was pleased to see Jamiel again, as he had helped me select a mattress earlier this year. He is always patient and helpful, and I would not purchase bedding anywhere else. I must also mention the delivery guys too, as they were punctual, polite and efficient.
