When they removed the packaging the delivery men discovered a stain on mattress which they photoed and said they would report back and I would hear from you asap. 12 days later I still have not heard from anyone .

Good customer experience throughout.
Prompt help in store, listened to exactly what I was looking for and guided me to the choice of items I had. Delivery was as agreed, with text reminders and updates. Delivery person was courteous, tidy and placed the mattress where we needed it.

Great service and choice
We bought our bed and mattress from dreams a couple of weeks ago, great service in the shop - lots of time to choose the correct mattress and then base. Good price. Delivery was within a week, again great service and we are loving the bed. Highly recommended
