Can't remember the last time i actually had a dream until started sleeping on my Dreams mattress. I kid you not!

Fantastic company

The salesperson who assisted us was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He offer us welcome drinks. We were also able to try the sleep match which allowed us to choose which mattress is compatible for us. We were able to get what we wanted with ease.

I visited on a weekday morning which was nice and quiet. Super help from Jeff. Loved the computerized bed and allowed to browse without pressure. My aim of selecting a new mattress was achieved and one comfortable night in, I'm wondering why it took me so long to buy one. Without the excellent logical advice of the Dreams salesperson, I know I would be still floundering with all the available choices.

We received fantastic, relevant information on the shop-floor to be able to fully appreciate the pro's and cons of the options. The salesperson engaged with my teenage son (who we were buying for) and was very inclusive.
We included building the bed in the delivery option and they were in and done with no hassle in 20 mins. Fantastic service

Great selection of good quality products! We went to Dreams Oxford to buy a new bed and mattress. Having previously purchased a bed from Dreams there was no question that we’d return this time around as well. Our old bed is around 9 years old now and it’s still as great as it was when new. I’m hoping the new one will be same.

St Clair, the friendly, fun-loving customer sales person at the Oxford branch really made us want to return to the original store we'd seen what would be our chosen mattress. He was welcoming but didn't 'pester' us at all, just let us know he was there to answer any questions - which we soon had a few of. We really looked forward to going back to that branch to buy our mattress, when certain it was the one - a decision he had helped with.

My son bought a bed from yourselves on September 5th. I left a 5 star review for the sales and helpfulness of St Clare of the Oxford depot in Botley. After a few weeks he contacted the store to enquire about a delivery date to which he was told the 5th of December!!! Come on Dreams do you really think this is acceptable? You were quick enough to take his money!! If I had known then what I know now I would probably of gone elsewhere. Don’t let the company down with a rubbish delivery time..

We bought a new mattress from the Oxford Dreams store. We had first class service from the guys there. I would thoroughly recommend a visit if you are after a bed or mattress. There is plenty to choose from. My daughter had previously bought a bed, so we knew the service was good!
