The customer service is very good

To date all gone fine. Good service, delivery, and comfortable nights sleep. Less than a month so far.

Great customer service. Store was well laid out. Delivery service also very good.

Very disappointing experience at Dreams.

I visited with my uncle’s family to purchase a bed and spent approximately £1,000. Unfortunately, the service we received from the sales assistant (Haroon) was completely unacceptable.

Throughout our visit, his attitude was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He spoke sharply to the children in our group (aged 6 and 9), telling them to be quiet while they were simply trying mattresses like any customer would. His behaviour upset them so much that one of the children was left in tears.

He also repeatedly rushed us, saying we needed to hurry because he was late for his break. This made the whole experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially when making such a significant purchase.

In addition, I was charged £39 for “delivery to a room of choice. When I asked for clarification, he was dismissive and did not explain properly. I also asked about a student discount (I have a student card and Unidays offers 10%), but he ignored this completely and showed no interest in helping he only seemed focused on going on his break.

However, upon delivery, the driver informed me that this charge should not have applied, as I live in a studio flat and no such service was provided. The item was only delivered to the entrance/stairs.

This shows I was wrongly charged due to poor communication and lack of proper explanation.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the conduct of this staff member. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved, including a refund of the £39 charge.

Wonderful product has really improved my sleep. Really enjoyed the extras that came with it especially the pillow. Excellent and efficient delivery.

We were greeted instantly by lovely staff, I was a bit worried how we'd try the mattresses with a big pram in tow but there was lots of space to manoeuvre and we felt comfortable moving around the store trying all the products.
There was no rush or harsh sale tactics and we left satisified customers.

It was a dream to shop at Dreams. St Clair was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us choose the correct mattress for our daughter. The delivery was within the timeframe specified and the delivery team were communicative, friendly, considerate in our home and engaging. Great service thank you

I visited the store for a bed and mattress and was greeted by St Clair, who was extremely helpful and patient. He was attentive to my needs and helped me make an informed decision based on my needs and budget. Jeff was also extremely helpful and friendly, and he kindly helped keep my child occupied when they became restless, which made the whole experience much easier and more pleasant.

Since this review I must change things as Dreams got in touch and been very understanding and resolved the situation, the problem wasn't the matress I think it is my old bones so getting a different one so thank you Dreams for being so speedy to resolve things I certainly would recommend the company everyone's been excellent.

Great service from the point of entering the store to delivery of the mattress. All members of staff were helpful and polite.

Going into the store. Speaking and testing out the bed/ mattress was ideal.
I had a look on the website beforehand so had a good idea what I wanted. This was then fine tuned by the sale staff.
