A good experience
A good, professional shopping experience. Mattress is good quality and was delivered on the agreed date. We were kept informed during the whole delivery process. Delivery personnel were polite and professional. Overall, very customer focused.

Bought a Therapur Actigel mattress last…
Bought a Therapur Actigel mattress last December, within the first 3 months of purchase bobbling appeared on the mattress, I contacted dreams they sent a third party out to check it which they said not a manufacturers fault. Absolutely disgusting in this product. So just warning others not to purchase from these.Kirsan, I wouldn't of thought that I should be de bobbling after 4 months old plus no body said when I bought this mattress that I'd got to keep de- bobbling...

Bobbling is something that can happen and is standard wear and tear as opposed to a manufacturing fault. A de-bobbler usually removes these neatly.

Love my new mattress
Love my new mattress. The lady in store was very helpful and patient while I tried all the mattresses that had been recommended by the machine ( I forget what it’s called).
Delivery men couldn’t have been better, very professional.
The only downside was that I would have liked delivery a lot sooner, even if I had to pay a bit more.

Our experience with Dreams has been excellent. From the very start when we visited the Dreams Mansfield store. The lady who served us instantly put us at our ease and was very informative and professional. The delivery of our mattress was spot on time and we were able to recycle our old mattress with them. The mattress we purchased is very comfortable and of good quality. In fact our previous mattress was from Dreams and with the excellent service and product, we will be purchasing our next mattress from Dreams too

Good service throughout the buying process.
The service we received in the Mansfield store was very good. The staff member took her time with us - shared with us a whole range of options in a very pleasant patient way.
The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery team were careful and pleasant.
Early days yet but the mattress feels good so far.
