My needs was listened to with my condition and the bed has helped give me better comfortable sleep

Visited the Mansfield store and really didn’t know where to start looking. Was guided through the whole process by Jo who was brilliant at explaining everything to us. We had the experience to determine which type of mattress would best suit us, and Jo showed us all the mattresses in that category. We had a cup of tea and then signed up for the interest free credit and booked delivery for the following week. The bed was delivered exactly on time and built up by two very polite and friendly men who showed me the finished ottoman bed and how to safely operate it.

The bed is so comfortable, I haven't woken up in the night once since getting it. The guy's who delivered it were so polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend spending the money on a great bed it's so worth it.

Mattress went in the sale a few days after purchase and Dreams refunded the difference - excellent customer service

Very Happy with the sales lady.The delivery men,wereon time,they covered their shoes,when entering my house,and delivered our bed to the room requested.

The showroom experience was great, until the server got confused on the colour choice and when we queried it she made out it was our fault.
Delivery service was very efficient but they damaged a newly decorated wall and never told us, we spotted it after they’d left. We are however very pleased with the bed

For a £1000+ Mattress to sag in the middle after such a short time is Discusting!

Very helpful staff and delivery drivers

Well i needed a new mattress so this was the place i guess. I was escorted to the new system that checks out your lying position and advise which mattress to choose. The assistant led me to 3 different ones and obviously chose one. They said you have a 100 day guarantee to change the mattress if its not right. After around two/three weeks the mattress was giving me back pain. I went back in store and they said I could change it. What they didn’t say at first it would cost me another £100 to change it wasn’t happy with this. Plus i had to find a cheap bed otherwise it would have cost more.

Welcoming and professional. The sales assistant offered us a drink of tea or coffee. He threw in a duvet and pillows. A good experience overall. The mattress we bought is good quality. A much better night’s sleep as a result.

It's lovely and cosy every thing we hopping it would be with my wife having bad back and loving our old bed so all way hopping it would and it great thank you

Good service over all. Just an issue with removal of old bed which they struggled to get downstairs and had to give up. Chipped some fresh paint on stairway can hopefully get it patched up. One of the men was quite rude and didn't take his shoes off but the others were fine just in a rush which made it a bit stressful.
