The sales rep was quite pushy and did not tell me the whole story. She had a pillow on the test mattress but it was no where near as thick and heavy as the one she gave me to take home. I had explained to her that mattress covers being waterproof have always made me sweat. She insisted that the covers were not plastic so how can they be waterproof? She told me about the insurance and assumed that I wanted it but never asked me! It was just put on the invoice along with a second mattress cover -free-? that I did not want in the first place. I asked if the pillows and covers could be returned unused for a refund. The answer was no as it was part of a bundle. The mattress is very high, has a dreadful odour. The pillows are far too deep for a person who sleeps on their back as I told her I did, the pillows are also so heavy that I cannot lift them. All in all I wish I had never entered the shop.
I am not sure how they expect a 79 year old disabled person to wrap the old mattress as it said the delivery team will not take it away unless it was sealed in the bag even though a fee was charged to take the old mattress away.
The only positive comment I have to say is the delivery was made on time and the team were very good, polite and helpful.
I doubt I will be buying another mattress inn my lifetime , however if I did it would not be from DREAMS after this awful experience.

My experience at my local store was a disaster and not a good at all, my feelings about the store and staff member have not altered and I believe the treatment I had was not in keeping with the company ethos.

However, my experience with the head office of the company, 'Dreams' has been more positive and Dylan has been very helpful in resolving my dilemma. His attention to my problem and any questions I had were responded to swiftly by email.
I can recommend that anyone with a problem should contact the company direct, not the local store, as I have been satisfied with my experience dealing with Dylan.

Hollie at Dreams Mansfield was so knowledgeable about the products helping us pick the right bed and mattress it is awesome, so glad we decided to go for this mattress.

From entering the store to choosing the mattress was so easy and relaxed. Not rushed into buying.
Delivery was was excellent and the delivery team was polite and friendly.

Beds great. Mattresses too. Reasonable price. But mostly we are so impressed with the two ladies in the Mansfield branch, Hollie and Louise, who were absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. They both stayed 30 minutes past closing time and were so friendly, helpful, patient and positive despite this. Hollie is super knowledgable and clearly knows her stuff. We felt she gave us her best advice throughout our time in the store. Louise was also just as supportive. Without doubt, both women are a credit to the company and Dreams is lucky they choose to work for them.

Had a bed stead delivered by dreams. It arrived on time and both delivery men were very pleasant and courteous. They both wore covers over their shoes to protect my carpets and were very respectful. I paid the extra to have it assembled and glad I did, the men assembled it perfectly. Now having very comfortable good night sleeps and it looks great in my new home

We were served by an attentive assistant called Tracey who discussed our needs carefully. The Tempur matress was delivered promptly and is extremely comfortable. We now have many good nights sleep to come.

Perfect delivery. Delivery guys were excellent No complaints at all.
Mattress is just perfect as your staff at Mansfield branch promised. 5* service all round.

Everything so simple easy and cost effective. The guys came on time to drop off and collect the old mattress. They rang to confirm they were on their way.

Ordered online, chose the delivery date convenient to me. The delivery driver rang an hour or so before to confirm delivery.

Easy to assemble bed base. Two under bed drawers are not as deep as my previous bed but still hold several bath towels in one side and bed sheets etc in the other side drawer.
Very pleased with this purchase.

The mattress is a real game changer for me ! Sleep like a log and no back or neck pain fabulous quality mattress !
Using the pillow I bought too - haven’t slept with one pillow for many a year - first night slept like a baby !! Just need to know how I maintain it - highly recommend these products. The the person who sold me the mattress and pillow was great helping me find the right products for me

In-store service thorough and helpful advice given. Delivery was on time and efficient including the removal of the old mattress. We particularly liked the use of overshoes!
