I get a goodnights sleep every night
I get a goodnights sleep every night. It was delivered wrapped which yhe delivery guys unwrapped and took away all rubbish it wasnt an expence it was an investment. On entry to the shop i explained my problem asked for recomendations i was advised to lay on the adjustable mattress which gave recomendations. The assistant took me to lie on all the mattresses recomended. I chose the one that suited me best. It was a good choice. I highly recomend Dreams of Mansfield so so helpfull

Found the bed to be extremely comfortable and value for money.

Bedside cabinets on time…
Bedside cabinets were delivered on time and we’ll packaged. Staff who took payment were very good.
We checked with a different staff member a few days after who gave the wrong info about packaging being taken away by staff. The delivery men don’t take packages away when pre-built.
No big problem.

Bought a bed on October 5th and still…
Bought a bed on October 5th and still not got it I’ve been in today 21st January and they still don’t know when I’ll get it so I’ve asked for my money back and the worse thing about all this is that I didn’t get one apology not one just very poor excuses has to why they haven’t got my bed and one excuse was that they’re waiting for a phone call sometime in February to see if it’s on its way from overseas

Excellent knowledge and friendly.
Rav at Mansfield Dreams was excellent in helping us with choosing our new beds/mattresses. He was calm, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

Amazing mattress
Service was faultless from start to finish.
My matress is amazing and has improved my sleep ten fold 👏.
