Gravesend store couldn’t have done…
Gravesend store couldn’t have done better tbh.!
We thought we could get better deal on line… just went into a store to check whist out shopping!
All staff was so welcoming and polite
The manger friendly and so knowledgeable
( think his name was Reece)
He helped us get the right mattress within our budget, delivered as planned on time!
Could not fault the service from him, his staff or the coffee and chat !

Very impressed with my experience
Very impressed with my experience, There was a mix up with the bed we ordered. In all likelihood it was my mistake but they kindly replaced for us for no extra cost which I thought was excellent. Very happy with the product and the customer service. Excellent

I went into shop in Gravesend looking…
I went into shop in Gravesend looking to purchase a new mattress, I was approached by a very nice gentleman asking if he could help me. I said I would like to look around and try different mattresses by myself and he was happy to let me do that and put no pressure on me at all. I chose the one I wanted paid for it sorted out delivery date, all went very well and I am one happy customer.

Very professional
Myself and my partner came in today, the store manager reece was really welcoming on arrival, helpful and friendly. We ended buying a lovely mattress for a really good price, walked out of there really pleased. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Fantastic Service
We were served by a very nice and attentive customer server named Daniel, he couldn't have done more to help myself and my partner out. It was a fantastic customer experience and I really felt like the focus of Daniel and the whole Dreams store team.

So comfy
I absolutely love my new bed. It's very comfortable, I've had the best nights sleep in years.
The gentleman that delivered it and put it together were absolutely lovely. They put on over shoes before entering my house and were so caring and helpful.

Poor product
The mattress is not a cooling mattress as I keep getting hot.. I wasn't offered to test out the mattress before buying it they allowed a hand to touch..

Great service at the Gravesend branch…
Great service at the Gravesend branch showroom.I was very impressed with the way Reece (Branch manager)attended and explained everything to details for me.Good selection of beds at reasonable prices. Dreams makes it easy to find something for whatever budget you’re working towards. Delivery service was excellent and very professional.
I will definitely return.Hopefully Reece will still be there 😀
