Dreams have put my faith back in a large company , they have dealt with my issue promptly and satisfactorily. I’m really happy with my mattress and so is my back . They are definitely a company that listens to the customer.

The whole experience was outstanding. Not pushy, allowed to go at our own pace. Every stage was explained thoroughly. Kat the sales lady new her product. So polite, knowledgeable and a credit to her company.
During the sale I was unwell, I was offered a chair and drink. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to my friends😊

I've used dreams 3 times this year as we've recently moved. Superb customer service, the salesman we dealt with had a great knowledge of the products and the everything we've bought has met or exceeded expectations. Will certainly buy from here again.

everything was so easy, the staff member was very friendly and efficient making sure we got what we wanted at the right price, delivery was perfect on time and again the delivery guys were brilliant plonking the mattress straight on the bed and taking away the rubbish, very polite too which is not always the case nowadays. all in all a very good experience.

Great quality of bed, so easy to order. Relatively quick delivery and pleasant person who put it together for me. But best of all, very helpful staff - how wonderful to be able to speak to someone for whom English is a first language (sorry to another large, prestigious retailer), and who is in my local store (not in a foreign country as was the case for said retailer above). And when I phoned back later in the day remembered me! This is how it should be. Thank you Dreams. I'll be loking to you first for any future new bed.

From start Sales team understanding and not pushy, but being polite and helpful. The delivery guys Simon and Brian were also quick and tidy, wearing overshoes and removing every trace of them being there. Great team service.
