The men who brought the bed were very efficient and helpful. Although they were working in a restricted space they were careful not to graze any walls ( which had just been painted!) . They were cheerful about having to bring the bed and mattress up two flights of stairs in a building which has no lift.

Great choice of beds and excellent customer service!
The service from the shop itself was excellent. All our questions answered swiftly and great advice given. Once we had chosen and tried the perfect bed for us it was ordered and delivered in no time. Even the delivery was excellent from the carrying carefully of the beds upstairs to the removal of our old ones. The beds themselves are extremely comfortable and we would recommend Dreams anytime for their customer service and quality and choice of products!

delivery drivers
My two delivery drivers who came out to my house on Wednesday were just brilliant courteous very clean (removing shoes without prompt) and so polite. They were very careful with my mattress also. Thank you very much to them both and to dreams for getting me a great mattress. Thank you ! :)

Lady in shop very friendly and helpful.
Delivery perfect. Phoned beforehand and delivery on time. Two very friendly delivery guys. Probably the easiest delivery we have ever had. Mattress brilliant too. Spot on. Thank you.

I brought my sons floor standing…
I brought my sons floor standing headboard which was delivered about 3 weeks ago I’m so pleased with it and the service we had from dreams and the delivery service was good too.

Friendly delivery and installation people, took away all the packaging and the old bed. New one is very comfortable!

VERY GOOD SERVICE.
Two double mattresses delivered and the old ones taken away, for a fee. The delivery man gave clear and concise instructions on how to rotate and turn each mattress and also what to do if we were not happy with the product.
