The mattress is to hard and I wake with a back and neck ache also the two bases don’t align

I have always used Dreams to buy my beds/mattresses because the quality of materials is very good and service at Dreams Fareham is excellent.

From start to finish everything went according to plan .The staff in the shop were very knowledgeable about our beds and were very friendly.Delivery was carried out on time and by a good team and all packaging was removed.

A well run company. Good service in store. I never felt pressured to purchase, which is refreshing. Product knowledge was excellent. It was worth spending a little more than on-line options available. Delivery was also good. Bed easy to assemble. A minor point. But some wide pads to sit the beds feet in would help make moving it around on carpet ?

Welcomed into the store and listened to by the attentive assistant.
The delivery was on time and ably fitted by the driver. The first nights sleep was perfect.

Dreams is the place to go if you are looking for a new bed and mattress. Friendly staff reasonable prices, and great experience.

Took my 95 year old grandad in on Thursday. Met by a man who wasn’t very helpful and then left us to it and went upstairs when he realised it was a possible exchange rather than a sale. A lovely lady called Kat came over and was so incredibly kind and helpful to my grandad she knew everything about the mattresses and was so considerate and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and Grandad left happy.

I’ve paid £1000 for my mattress which I’m really struggling with . It is so firm and in spite of trying pillows etc I’m yet to have a comfortable night . My sciatica has become much worse although I’m desperate for this mattress to be the solution to my pain, so far the acute discomfort has proved to be a massive disappointment. I was really hoping for some improvement!

From start to finish what a helpful team I spoke to Edward to start with the Neil the manager talked me through everything including the deliveries the delivery team was superb can't thank them enough for building the new bed it was even a week ahead of schedule because of Easter I can't thank them enough I paid the extras for getting rid of the old bed and obviously the installation of the new bed absolutely fantastic job all-round well worth the money and the extra for the support of the mattress because I know that was handmade I will be going back again when this bed has had its day a big thank you to all it dreams and the delivery team as well

I was helped by a friendly and courteous member of staff who listened to me and helped me find the right mattress for me.

Mattress delivered and old one taken ( for a cost) and hopefully recycled lovley people even a hot drink thanks

The sales people seemed to know what they were talking about as my husband and myself could not agree on what type of bed we wanted , I wanted a memory foam husband wanted different.
