Great service in the store. Very helpful, professional sales lady who provided the information without the hard sell. Just right. The delivery team was very professional and courteous. They kept us informed of the delivery schedule, arrived on time and were efficient and very polite and careful. Put together it is very easy to give 5 stars and thoroughly recommend Dreams.

It's all what was said about it wand more it is so comfortable and I sleep much better and the headboard and base with the color i chose looks so nice in my bedroom thank you for the help I was given.

We visited Fareham Wallington store today, Ed dealt with our questions and indecision’s perfectly. He answered all our queries and totally put our minds at rest! We weren’t rushed or bothered at all but made sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision on our mattress purchase. Well done Ed and thank you!

We had good communication from both store & driver delivery was on time the men were very helpful & friendly our whole experience with Dreams was excellent

When entering the store on the Thursday, there were lots of signs available highlighting a sale (which was a very good sale!). We were greeted as soon as we came through the door with a smiling face and felt very welcomed (female). We were there to browse originally, so she kindly left us to it (which we liked, as it reduces feeling pressured).
We tried quite a few mattresses and then Ed came over, introduced himself, he got us a hot beverage and started lightly detailing some interesting information about the products on the floor and the differences between them (mattresses and bedframes/electronics) - which was very helpful.
There was no pressure to buy (which we really liked and made us want to return to actually place an order - it was nice to go away and have time to think), and we agreed to come back Saturday - which is when Ed was there again, and he gave further details, which really helped us tailor our order. He was supportive, whenever there was any indecisiveness that we were having between mattresses.
He also made us another cracking cup of tea!
We were initially a little bit shocked with the total price, but once the in-store discounts were added, this eased and we left feeling really happy about all our purchases.

Great service! From the experience in the sales room to the lovely delivery guys… nothing was too much trouble… happy customer!

Extremely helpful staff from the start in the store, on the telephone and on delivery they could not be faulted. Very good selection of beds and bedding at reasonable prices.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable but allowed us to spend time looking at option without being pushy. We were given a delivery date and the evening before given a 2 hour time slot. Delivery men were prompt, assembled the bed and took the old mattresses away. A good team job all round.

Honest, friendly and knowledgable staff ensured a smooth painless transaction.

very happy with the delivery service and tge guys doing the delivery but the manufacturing need more to detail as I was shirt on washers for tge bed we bought so had to go buy some myself
