Excellent service all round.
I couldn’t get to my local branch and didn’t just want to buy online without talking to someone. The sales person I spoke with was brilliant and was able to guide me to my final decision without giving me the hard sell. The delivery guys were excellent and came within the times they stated and took away my old mattress. The whole experience was hassle free. Would recommend.

Bed arrived on schedule and as arranged the delivery men took old mattress away and all the packaging for new bed which they assembled.

Branch staff were knowledgeable which helped me choose the right item and didn't pressure me to make a sale. Delivery went smoothly, despite my place not being easy to find, and the delivery guys were respectful and efficient. Very happy with my choice; so far appears to be of the standard promised but, of course, being a mattress, I can't comment yet on whether the quality is long term or just because it's new.

Everything went to plan, no hitches. The mattress was for my 87 year old Mum and the experience for her was perfect.

Buying a bed from dreams was so easy helpful friendly staff in the shop to the dream team that delivered it and built it 2of the nicest men polite respectful worked so well as a team I was so impressed I will always buy from the dream team and have made sure all my family and friends know how great they are

Excellent service from Kat at the Fareham Store. Kat had printed of a list of matresses for me to try after i had been on the bed to test how i sleep etc. The delivery of my mattress was excellent and the two delivery drivers gave excellent service. I think they were contract 11. Thank you for excellent friendly service from when i walked into the showroom until my mattress was delivered.
