From entering the shop to departing we were given first class service in all aspects of choosing the correct mattress. Everything went very smoothly, we were not pressured into making a quick decision.

Excellent customer service in the Chesterfield branch. Nothing was too much trouble. Carefully selected best options for me. Delivery service excellent. Arrived on time and friendly delivery drivers who assembled the bed with care. New bed is beautiful and very comfortable too! Excellent from start to finish! Would highly recommend.

Great in shop customer service helpful and friendly. The beds arrived on the day and time we agreed. And we now both have a great night sleep thankyou for letting us try out every mattress in the shop so we could choose what suited us. Great around service well recommended

Friendly and professional help in find a mattress. The lady knew what she was talking about and didn't rush us at all.

From walking into the store we were helped to choose the best mattress for our needs. We were made a coffee and then went on the sleep match machine which gave about 6 choices. Although we tried more.! The Therapur mattress came out as the top choice and the one we tried first. It felt really firm which was what we wanted. Offered delivery for the following week, the delivery team were professional and put our new mattress straight onto the bed frame. Fantastic service and we are sleeping wonderfully on our new mattress. 😀

Customer service from base is terrible I was spoken to very blunt and accused of having urine stain on my bed , which had been covered since the day we paid 1,000 pound , also never had any report back after having a visit for it to be checked , I have tried contacting head office to no avail 😡this is not store based review it is for head office

we went on to the shop looking for inspiration and came out with a bed ordered. Very pleasant staff and it was delivered as said.

A friendly young lady called Katie served us and she was really helpful from the moment we walk in store. She talked us though everything and we were very happy to make a purchase.

Looked flimsy before putting together, however upto now seems solid enough, no creaks or squeaks………..yet. Study picture diagram to get washers in right place 😁

Good advice in store and through doing the test bed we bought exactly what we needed. The delivery was convenient and happened when promised.

superb customer service today(drew chesterfield store) he was helpful friendly patient professional and knowlegable.. and the bed device that suggests the correct matress for you was brill!
Was in the shop for around 1.45 hours in all and not made to feel rushed at all .
. went just for a browse but ended up with bed matress and adjustable base which could have been delivered next week if wanted! highly reccomend
