From going to Dreams Chesterfield, Kris the assistant was exceptional. His knowledge was brilliant and was so helpful and polite. His advice helped us making our final purchase. We would recommend Dreams and ask for Kris if possible.

Our purchase was a little complicated as we wanted the mattress on credit and credit card for the bed frame so it took a little time but the team helped where needed. We received a free pillow and duvet in the cool range. Drinks were offered too.

Communication around delivery was great and the delivery team were fabulous, polite and careful with our home, using shoe covers and thoughtfully moving the items to maintain cleanliness.
I had good manual handling advice on using my ottoman and all the rubbish was cleared.

Am excellent service from start to finish! I would definitely use Dreams again.

The staff went above and beyond during our mattress purchase. They were incredibly patient and took the time to understand our needs rather than rushing us into a decision. They explained the differences between options clearly, let us try multiple mattresses, and gave honest recommendations based on what would suit us best. We never felt pressured at any point. Their friendly and attentive approach made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and we left feeling confident that we’d made the right choice.

We had great customer service as soon as we entered the store, without any hassle but enough information to help our decision.
Delivery was booked for later in the week which was perfect and was on time with plenty of notifications.
