Helpful and knowledgeable staff
The staff were very courteous in helping us to choose a new mattress that would meet our requirements.
The delivery was efficient too. The delivery men were pleasant and chatty and carried the mattress up our steep terraced house stairs to the bedroom. Other companies charge for delivery to the bedroom.

Helpful, knowledgable staff. Not at all pushy. Made choosing the right mattress simple. Delivery team were on time and very efficient. Took old mattress for recycling and delivered new one in ten minutes! Would and actually have recommended Dreams to family and friends.

Excellent service and product
Dreams at Chesterfield provided excellent service in the store, supporting my personal requirements with accurate product knowledge and advice (without being pushy). The delivery service was also excellent and I'd like to thank the team who removed the old bed and installed the new one. They were extremely prompt, swift, efficient, helpful and friendly too. The bed is exactly what I was looking for and the staff made the experience much easier than I had expected, thank you.
